"Reception Staff Member who welcomed me at 2am, and the Daytime Reception who saw me out, were both very friendly, and accommodating to my late arrival and departure.
The Leisure Facility is all excellent, and staff encountered there were friendly and eager to please.
Room Service Staff also very friendly.
The Hotel is truly a lovely place to stay in all respects, and i look forward to returning!"

"I stayed for 4 nights for work. I booked a small room as I only get a small work allowance. I was upgraded to a larger room on arrival, which I appreciated! The room was very clean, tidy and I had a lovely view. The bed was very comfortable and I slept well. All members of staff I spoke to were very friendly.
The receptionist offered to make up a continental breakfast for me to takeaway, as I had to leave relatively soon after breakfast started for work. This was a lovely gesture and there was...

"Check-in faultless with friendly welcome. De-Luxe room was spacious and very clean. Bed comfy.
