"It was exactly what I needed for the duration of my stay. The walls are very thin and I could hear the tv blasting in the room next to me and because my room was close to the road I could hear the traffic. But other than that I enjoyed it and will definitely be back."

"This place is great if you can tolerate mould, dust, an uncomfortable bed, loud music from neighbours all hours of the night, people in the neighbourhood knocking on your door at 1am, a front door handle thats nearly falling off, people sitting with their cars idle in the carpark at 1am with their headlights glaring through the window straight into your room. When we advised staff that we would not be staying the remaining 4 nights of our trip due to a lack of sleep, they smirked and told us...

"Clean and quite place to stay."

"Tis little stay was one of the best ever given the price. The quality and size of room was excellent. It was surprisingly good and given the cheapest fantastic."

"Nice and quiet, good parking, handing to choice of restaurants and very comfortable bed."

"Great unobtrusive Kiwi hospitality in a wonderful location. We were there in early spring and already the garden was bursting with color with tulips, daffodils, and blossoms on the trees. Birdsong everywhere. Enjoyed a very comfortable room and a great breakfast. Had great communication from Renee and Kevin. Looking forward to returning."

"They charged me twice for the room in error and I still haven't received a refund. I messaged them as soon as I realised I'd been over charged and never received a reply to that message. I have to call to get any updates. Check in was via an app which was not straight forward and I wasn't initially sent the access code."

"Very comfortable and spacious unit which was well equipped .Lovely & quiet and not far far to lovely cafes and restaurants.Enjoyable stay"

"Staff were really helpful we weren't sure if we would make it before reception closed so I sent them a message they called me back with an alternative option. We did manage to get there in time & they checked if we had everything we needed"
