Not comply to the 24 hrs service

The hotel is not located at a convenient place as the aircond has a very low air flow where also not 24 hrs service that I have missed my ferry at 7am that I can't check out at 6-6.30 whisk I loss RM 54 as this i definitely will not recommend to any people to this hotel please amend the rules so it will ease people's transport and pleasant stay but for me I was disappointed by the way it goes.

Basic facility with friendly staff

Due to the sudden schedule change, we had to book a hotel from the next day and found this hotel. We didn't have much expectation but the room was clean, staff were kind enough. Despite that the room was small, wifi was unstable, some TV channels not working, we enjoyed the stay here.

MY STAY WITH 15 MEMBERS FAMILY WAS A GREAT ONE. EVENTHOUGH THE ROOM WAS QUITE SMALL BUT THE FACILITY WITH TWO QUEEN BEDS MAKE THE STAY CONVENIENT AND COMFORTABLE.THE MOST ACTIVTY THAT I ENJOYED WAS IT WAS NEARBY FOR SHOPPING AND SIGHTSEEING. Service Quality is Poor

everything was fine.. but the room service sucks..... no room service. . no extra water.. no extra coffee or tea.. nothing extra... as we stayed 2 nights 4 persons. . they supposed to provide all the things for 2 nights and for four persons.. but they only give for 1 night calculating for 2 persons. .

15 minutes walk to the beach

We only used the room to sleep and shower, very clean for the location. Felt like the motel was in the middle of nowhere but is actually less than 5 minutes drive to the nearest beach and eateries. Cons: Noisy due to next to the main road, better to take the first floor, fan is too slow and no controls, air-cond is warm in the daytime and cold at night.

一家三口第一次到蘭卡威，希望能有個愉快的夜晚, 但因此酒店位於路旁, 半夜車聲非常嚴重,尤其是摩托車聲, 我一職醒著直到三點才入睡. 年輕人影響不大. 以乾淨程度而言,,此飯店是不錯, 離珍南熱鬧區約2KM. 以蘭卡威而言,算是比較遠的, 建議你若要注這兒,需要有台車使用, 取飲用水非常的便利, 轉角就有, 停車方便. 以蘭卡威而言, 算是價格低廉的好酒店

Room is OK but location is bit far from main stree

To me its like a personal owned house renting rooms daily basis. The room size was satisfactory along with basic furniture for my family of 4 members. Bathroom was also clean but was bit small. The location is bit far from main cenang street. I feel I am in my home town in 1997, so it was a pleasure to me as well. However you should have a car otherwise every time u call a taxi to go cenang street have to pay rm10 each time.

Nice hotel with clean room

A budget hotel with very spacious room, and there are 2 queen size beds in the room. Good for family. Room is clean but there is no room service every morning. Location not near to beach, but they have motorbikes to rent. So we rented a bike to explore around the area for that 4 days when we were there. Staff speak basic English so communication still not a problem.

Nice motel for the price we paid.

The overall room facilities are alright, bed is comfortable. The toliet door is damaged and it takes some effort to close it, the bang tends to disturb my sleeping child. There are many mosquitoes which is quite troublesome when there is small children who are prone to being bitten. Overall, the stay was quite satisfying.

Brilliant staff make this motel a top choice.

Very comfy and spacious rooms. Cleaned everyday. Staff very helpful with an excellent laundry service. Good satellite tv as well. Around 15 walk from main chenang beach strip.

A pleasant trip with friendly staffs

I must say the staffs are very helpful and friendly. On the first night of my trip, the TV in my room has spoiled & after I mentioned it to the staffs, they responded to my complaint promptly and helped to fix it regardless of the troublesomeness. They are also very friendly providing the travel advice to me. So far the room is quite clean. It is near to the Pantai Cenang & we can easily find our dinner / lunch there. However, it took some time if would like to travel to Kuah.
