"A most charming place to stay nestled in the hills of the Massif Central, this was formerly the village school house and retains many original features. Dinner was provided by the hosts and was particularly well received. Breakfast was basic but no less delicious for that."

The receptionist was amazing, it was a busy weekend when we stayed with a race on in Mont Dore (which we hadn’t realised) and she rang three restaurants to get us a reservation. She was amazing! "It was horrible rainy, misty and cold. The room was cold and even through the owner brought us an extra heater & a lovely cup of tea, it never got above 17 degrees. Small room with basic facilities. Narrow stairs & struggle to get bags up to room. Restaurant nice but steak I had was tough."

"Aucun personnel physique. J’ai reçu un WhatsApp avec les instructions pour récupérer clés, le petit déjeuner est dans la chambre ( frigo/ machine à café) qui encombre la chambre. Pas de climatisation et chambre donnant sur la route et la gare au 1 er … la décoration mexicaine est vraiment curieuse pour un hôtel avec ce nom "
