"My room was clean and comfortable except for some piled up dust bunnies. I was there 6 days 5 nights and no one ever came in to sweep or add clean towels. No toiletries, iron or blow drier. Noise tolerance was very good which that means a lot to me. You can hear the express way throughout the night but I didn’t mind it. As for parking and ac/heat it worked well. The really need to replace the rugs out of the rooms, they have seen their last days. The smell is uninviting."

"The room was fine although there was this smells that it had, It could have been the carpet in the room. Also I they provided all toiletries as far as for a shower but the body was empty and when I messaged about it they said it was filled. They must have misunderstood on what they filled but they had someone bring it up to the room as I messaged about it. Other than that the hotel was fine "

"Staff members are very friendly and helpful. Check-in was fast, efficient and the fastest of any hotel where I have stayed. The hotel was very quiet and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast was good, with a variety of choices. The hotel provided a list of nearby restaurants and activities. It is an easy drive from Harrisburg airport (MDT) and there is plenty of free parking. I plan to stay here again next year for our annual family reunion. It is an excellent choice in the Lancaster area."

"Room was very quaint. Old school Lancaster vibes. It was clean, beds were comfy, shower was ok. Bagels, yogurt, cereal, hard boiled eggs and cheese sticks for grab and go breakfast. Coffee was hot and good. Staff was super nice."
