It is marketed as a luxury all-inclusive resort, but in reality it's more of a "some-inclusive" hotel, you never know what's included and what isn't, and nobody clearly explains it. "Staff were incredible offered a lift to the bus stop where we were travelling from for much cheaper than taxi, very able to help and accommodating, made our experience much better!"

"Nach Wunsch wurde das Zimmer immer gereinigt. Das Inventar sowie Sanitär ist alt, aber wird sauber gehalten. Das Personal war immer freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück war vielseitig. Der Strandblick war wunderschön, nur für die Liegestühle und Sonnenschirm musste man zahlen. Für 2x Liegestühle + 1x Sonnenschirm waren es 20€."

"This is a lovely hotel run by a fantastic team who go above and beyond to make your stay very special. The rooms are spacious and exceptionally clean. Our room had a balcony with a beautiful sea view across to the mainland. Breakfast was lovely with a great choice of freshly prepared food and drink.
