"Mostly clean rooms. There was one day our room was not cleaned. We left out around 8 and returned at 4. Not sure what happened. Pillows are terrible, bring your own. Other than that, it was great. Staff are very friendly and helpful."

"The only issue we had was the housekeeping of the room. I signed up to NOT have daily cleaning. I was told to text the front desk when I wanted the room cleaned. Twice I did this the afternoon before I wanted the room cleaned and neither time was the room cleaned. They did clean the room one day when we had not requested it and that was the only cleaning we got. I did manage to exchange towels on other days but signing up for this greener room cleaning was a mistake."

"I had a amazing stay here, our room was perfect for me and my Mom. Nice and clean, and we had a great time. I used the laundry and it was easy and quick very convenient for me. The only complaint is I had my friend visit me with her kids to use the pool on a Saturday and within a hour they closed it for maintenance. I felt like for maintenance it should be done during the week. It put a damper on our day."
