"Staff were great Room smelled like cigarettes although it’s a non smoking facility The shuttle was definitely not as convenient as it was portrayed. Only a small 6 seater vehicle that makes multiple trips. After a concert at Rama we waited for over an hour with several people to get a ride back to the hotel. Some people walked back and got there nearly 30 minutes before us. NOT GREAT!"

"We were very happy with this property especially considering the low cost. Great value. Beautiful view of the water. The rooms are very basic but exceptionally clean. You can tell the owners take great pride in their property. I would definitely stay again."

"We were dumped in the basement of the hotel right next to the laundry. The corridors were full of black bin liners of dirty washing and trolleys, holding all the cleaning goods which we had to literally squeeze past when they finally cleared everything which wasn’t till 10 o’clock at night the floors look like they’ve not been vacuumed or cleaned for weeks if not months the room itself was moderately clean, but that’s about the only good thing I can say for this hotel, my advice stay away."

"Overall the hotel was good, clean linens and comfortable bed. However, there were water damage stains on the bathroom ceiling tiles and a large open hole and duct exposed due to a missing tile. There were other areas in the hallway where wallboards were partially ripped, an eyesore for what could be a beautiful building."

"The carpet in first room we were allocated looked like it hadn't been vacuumed in a few days. There were also a dried urine mark on the toilet..... The second room was a bit better. Staff and breakfast were fine."

"Parking wasn't too bad and no bed bugs that we found. Pretty much every other bad review has merit, unfortunately. I'm not sure where the rooms are that are pictured, but we didn't see it. Towel rack hanging off the wall. Partial Metal outlet box still on the wall of the bathroom that scratched my friend. We never undressed and I slept on top of the bed, as we weren't in a position to change hotels. I paid $170 for this, which is shocking. The ladies at the front desk are polite and...
