"The room wasn’t ready, which was a mistake on their part. They were apologetic and gave us a different room. It wasn’t as clean as it could have been, some lights didn’t work. The room would benefit gravely from thicker curtains as all the lights from the pool shine through the window when you are trying to sleep"
