What really stood out at Regina Isabella was the service. The staff always remembered us and were so helpful and friendly. We loved laying out on the jetty and the food at the restaurant by the pool was some of the best we had during our stay. Breakfast was also incredible. We had a lovely stay and would definitely stay here again!

Property is dated but staff is very attentive. This is the smallest and quietest town on the island. The affiliated taxi drivers are a little shady. Be sure to get an estimate from the concierge and confirm rate with driver before you start the trip.

This was a lovely old hotel and wonderful stay . Although the hotel is older and it was impeccably cared for and felt so idyllic. The service was amazing. We were greeted by the manager upon arriving and everyone was so friendly. We had originally booked four nights in Naples, but did not like the crowds, and felt it to be dirty. So we left most of our luggage in our Naples hotel and booked one night at the Regina Isabella. We took the ferry that morning ,arrived early to have lunch by the pool, and after we checked out the next day , we were able to return to the pool to relax until we returned later that afternoon. Our dinner was amazing in the restaurant by the water, and after we loved having drinks listening to the jazz band. My only critique would be I wish the sheets and bed were softer but the feather pillows were perfect despite I would definitely stay here again

Lovely stay!

Hotel and room was fantastic, old Italian country style. The beach, layout, sun beds on the cliff, the epic scenery and even different style of tiles in every single room - what makes it so special. Minus was a lack of non fish/seafood option as my partner doesn’t eat it but other that that food was good for me.

We were really looking forward to our stay, but unfortunately, this resort did not live up to expectations. Unless you’re European—specifically Italian—I would not recommend staying here. As non-Italian guests, we consistently felt overlooked and not treated with the same level of respect or attention as others. Basic assistance was hard to come by, and the front desk staff in particular were unhelpful and dismissive. The other guests were extremely rude—we were repeatedly met with dirty looks and an overall unwelcoming attitude. There were also a lot of young children, which made the atmosphere feel more hectic and less relaxing than expected. The restaurant staff were nice and friendly but that was the only good service. As for the hotel itself, it’s quite dated and set up like a maze. The only nice aspect is the pool area and the sea view. They advertised having 2 pools and one is not even open and the other one is filled with kids screaming. Would not return or recommend.

I liked all the facilities and spacious size of bedrooms The spa was excellent and herb garden a delight. Used for drinks was very fresh and enjoyable. The therme pool was never too busy and was used by many guests. Three days of maintenance was unfortunate. Two underwater jets still did not function so pool users had to sometimes wait to enjoy the massaging treatment of the water jets. Everyone was patient:) The external pool was really enjoyable and pool lifeguards very attentive to ensure guests had sun loungers these were moved to enjoy the sun movement during the day. Always enough sun beds for all the guests staying at the hotel. Food at restaurants was excellent and my only suggestion is change this menu each few days or alternate two or three. That would be much better. Breakfast is excellent with great choice for differing preferences. Fresh juice made to guests wishes in most days.

Service was excellent, staff friendly and helpful, outside area for swimming and lounging well laid out and clean, position relating to village although secluded was close enough to walk to.

A return trip that was even better than I remember

This was our second time to return to this fabulous 5 star resort & spa. We were there in October 2017 and returned to find the same outstanding service, luxury and perfectly maintained property. A visit to the spa and Terme is a must. Look for Antonioetta she is one of the spa customers service team. She will help you put together a spa experience that is perfect for you. The morning breakfast which included and all the food and beverage service is excellent and priced very fair for a 5 Star location.

Gorgeous Hotel in Lacco Ameno!

This is my 2nd visit to the beautiful Hotel Regina Isabella in Lacco Ameno. I ADORE this hotel and cannot honestly write enough about its beauty, location, and OUTSTANDING customer service. Tony, Rafaela, and David at the front desk are amazing, and make sure that any information you may need is available to you. Their genuine concern and warmth for the customer is incredible. Guilt, who served me drinks and lunch on outdoor rock is fantastic, and she was my server last year. Sitting on their rock and jumping in the sea is heaven on earth. I hope to return every year to this gorgeous hotel! Thank you to all the outstanding staff who make me feel so welcome and at home!

Пляж и Рестораны - чудесны!

Прекрасный пляж и хорошие рестораны. В принципе больше ничего и не надо. Интерьер номера старый, но это бы наверное входило в концепт аристократичного отеля, если бы были удобные матрасы и подушки. А они- очень неудобные. Две кровати соединены вместе, что, конечно, не удобно!
