"The room was clean, however the door stuck and was hard to open and shut. When I booked the room it was advertised as breakfast included. After much discussion and showing the staff that the booking showed breakfast included, I was given one voucher for each day. Even though there were two of us, I was told I could only get one complimentary breakfast because I booked a single room. I booked one room with a king bed for my husband and myself. I don't know what would have had to do to book a room that wasn't considered a single room??? I probably won't stay there again."

"This is a very comfortable place to stay. The night I was there, it was exceptionally quiet. The bed was comfortable, too. The carpet felt clammy but was clean (I know because the bottoms of my feet were not dirty.) The bathroom trashcan had not been checked and that is why I left a 4 star because of what was in it. Other than that, it was a clean room. I would stay again and for a longer stay. My overnight in the area was last minute. The staff was friendly."

"There were 3 weddings in the area and they didn't have rooms ready at the 4 pm check in time for anybody. There was a lot of people and I came in first while everyone cut in front of me. They eventually had to put me in a King "Suite", so I could dress and get ready for the wedding. "

The staff went above and beyond with genuine kindness not the scripted kind, but the kind that makes you feel like you matter. Every interaction was warm, respectful, and attentive. The property was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully maintained. I slept well, moved through the space with ease, and never once felt unsure or overlooked. It’s rare to find a place where you can truly relax, but this hotel created that feeling effortlessly. I’m grateful for the experience and would gladly stay here again. It was exactly what I needed: peaceful, safe, and supported by a team of people who clearly take pride in their work."
