"Booked last minute for a 1-day ski trip, we loved this place. Great amenities, wonderful super friendly staff, continental breakfast was awesome (especially if you’re used to US continental bfast…). "I had a very relaxing visit. Walking in the mountains and breathing the fresh air was exactly what I needed. The Spa facilities were great and the staff very accommodating. It would have been good to know that the hotel included a shuttle pick up before I arrived and would suggest that this be posted on the website."

"My stay was disappointing due to poor service. Housekeeping was non-existent—they gave us cleaning supplies instead of cleaning the room. They also charge extra for coffee refills, which felt unreasonable. The hammam only worked for one of the three days we were there. To make matters worse, I was double-charged and had to call five times, waiting over a week to get my money back. The reception was almost always empty, making it hard to address issues.
