"The staff did not send us the check in info early enough. We booked a day before. We had to call them, email them, Whatsapp them, and no answer. We ended up contacting Expedia who nudged them and we finally got an email giving the info right as we were waiting at the door.. Not even an apology was given. The hotel itself was beautiful and clean and brand new. AC and fans are great. Showers and toiletries are great. However, it is a pity that the room reeked of sewage smells that made it hard to...

"The location was excellent and the staff was very helpful and friendly. We loved the history of the building. The breakfast was great, the only issue we had was there were ants in the room. We did have an issue with the shower but it was immediately fixed. We would definitely stay here again."
