"For the amount that was paid for two nights, my experience does not match the hospitality. They need more front desk workers. There was only one 3 front desk workers so they seemed to be over worked. The room from the pictures does not look the same in person. Our room was damaged on the walls and grout in the bathroom needed to be scrubbed. The worst part of it all was the AC. Not only did it not work they knew and never informed us. I called about it and then they let me know it’s not working...

"The club lounge provided very limited food nowadays comparing to our previous stay. However the club lounge staff was very helpful and good service. "

"The room was well equipped, and nicely decorated. The room was quite small and the bathroom was very small with the shower, having limited capabilities and poor design. The air conditioner and heater worked well. The location was fantastic."

"Travelling as a couple with our daughter in her 20s, the one bedroom with kitchen was perfect! Staff were incredibly helpful. We all appreciated the 24/7 drink machine and access to cold water filler. The only thing was the dishwasher wasn’t that effective - needed to rinse dishes well first. Appreciated access to free laundry and the rain shower was a bonus!"
