"The door into our room stuck horribly. I never could get it open. My travel partner had to open it with two hands and a lot of pushing and pulling. The shower water temperature was never constant. Hot - cold - hot - cold. Like someone who flushing the toilet next to the shower. Other than that we loved the hotel."

The location was also excellent, making it easy to explore Barcelona while still having a relaxing place to return to at the end of the day. Overall, this was a fantastic experience and one of the highlights of my trip to Barcelona. Excellent hospitality, comfort, service, and location. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Barcelona."

"Excellent location. Lovely rooms. Rooftop pool is more for a dipping pool, quite small and it tends to be filled with 20 somethings not really suitable for families. Location is very central but parts of it are quite dodgy with homeless people around. The area is predominantly a muslin area. Near to metro and bus and only about half an hour by taxi from airport."
