"What a gem! This hotel was awesome - the staff were wonderfully lovely, they had an excellent restaurant and the rooms were cozy and had everything you needed. The hotel is off of the main strip but accessible easily by train (train station is a 5-7 minute walk) and they also have a shuttle that you can reserve during the day. We loved it and would happily come back again. "

The food was okay, not great for the cost with breakfast buffet being mostly cold (as in eggs, bacon, pancakes). "Comfortable apartment (2 bedrooms for a family of 4) with good facilities in the kitchen, although short on space, both for food storage and worktop. Spa facilities very good, 2 large jacuzzis and a pool with plenty of changing areas and a dedicated locker. We were housed in Chalet Anastasia, across the road from the main building. Not too much issue, but this is not ski in/out. It requires a short walk along the road (150m) to where you can meet the piste. Or a walk down to the village to meet the lifts (400m). Very snowy week whilst we were there, eventually paths to access the building and parking were cleared but did take time"
