Great team at Portobello. They were always around to help and did whatever they could for me. Great vibe and fantastic beach access. It's all right there.

Nice staff, friendly and flexible. The property is not new, but it has a nice park with a pool, beach view, nice common areas, away from the center. Breakfast was fine. I would have given a higher grade if it wasn't for the room and the gym closed. Ridiculously small and outdated room, no table , desk, shelves to put things. Only space for one chair and a small fridge that i used as table. A fan, no A/C , which i don't mind anyway. The bathroom was fine. The gym was not available, which is a pity because it is quite a nice gym, large and with lots of equipment, very hard to find in the areas outside of montevideo, but it seems they only open it for the few weeks of high season.

Vista linda, mas caro para a qualidade geral.

A equipe do hotel é muito simpática com os hóspedes e todos os quartos têm uma vista maravilhosa do mar. A sala de café da manhã é um local muito agradável e ter uma academia e um pequeno espaço para jogos no hotel é muito bom. MAS, o preço da diária não é barato para a qualidade das instalações de forma geral. Meu quarto era de casal e a coberta era extremamente pequena para o tamanho da cama (parecia uma coberta de solteiro que havi sido colocada de lado), ou tapávamos o dorso do corpo ou os pés, e não havia coberta extra no quarto. A cortina da janela do quarto estava muito muito suja (colando) e velha. E cortina no box é inaceitável para um hotel com o preço da diária que se cobra. A limpeza das áreas comuns não era muito bem feita (nos pareceu que faltou gente para dar conta do tamanho do hotel). O café da manhã é bom, mas deveria ter pelo menos uma proteína oferecida.

É uma alternativa ok em La Paloma. A estrutura é boa, atendimento excelente, localizacao otims em frente a praia...o colchão ruim e pequenos detalhes no quarto que faltam no quarto acabam deixando a desejar...
