"Didn't have breakfast but can't imagine it being amazing going by the style of hotel. Better eating out and sampling the Lyon patisseries nearby anyway.
For about £70 a night really can't complain though. The bed was comfortable and it was acceptably clean. Thankfully we were not in a room on the main street side so it was really quiet. Toilet paper has a lot to be desired as it's cheap brown nasty stuff.
Beds were made every day for us also. Staff were pleasant enough. Just make sure you get...

"Tout était assez propre et le personnel assez sympathique. Sur 2 nuits, la premiere j’ai été prévenue qu’il n’y avait presque plus d’eau chaude suite à un probleme et le pdj était offert le lendemain pour s’excuser. J’ai trouver ce geste commercial appreciable. On nous a assurer que l’eau chaude serait réparer le lendemain (ce n’a pas été le cas). "The room was great, the staff was really helpful and friendly. The breakfast really good, they have plenty of options. There is only 1 person working at the spa so me and my wife had to schedule separate massages. Maybe it’s because of the day, me and my wife stayed on a Tuesday. If you don’t mind that tho, this place is great and really beautiful to walk around inside and outside the property."

"I had a really great stay at Villa Maïa in Lyon. The hotel sits up on Fourvière Hill, so the views over the city are absolutely beautiful, especially in the morning and at sunset. The room was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed without feeling over the top. What stood out most was the staff—they were friendly, helpful, and made everything feel easy without being pushy.

"The rooms were ok pretty clean but for being so new already had grout missing in the tile. If you are staying for a rugby match 10/10 on location. If there for the city and you do not have a car it is not an ideal location. Luckily we had a rental car so it was perfect for us."

"The staff is kind, helpful and attentive. Any problem or inconvenience was addressed immediately. My room was clean and the housekeeper was always willing to do more for me.
I loved the location of the Hotel. It is within 5 minutes of a weekend Farmers Market. There were lots of shops, restaurants and French Grocery stores near by. Walking is easy with several pedestrian bridges available for crossing the river. I will happily return in the future.."

"Wonderful staff, very helpful and especially patient with other guests who didn’t know how to behave. Nice upgraded room with view of the river.
Only problem was the elevator broke but the helped move our luggage down two flights of stairs.
This is a great location if you are visiting old town. Everything is within walking distance.
