This is an excellent hotel. The staff, location and quality of dining is 5-star. I would stay again. Parking is an additional fee of SF15/day. The only complaint is there is no air conditioning in the rooms. On hot days, or even warm days, the rooms are overly warm and the only option is to wait until nightfall and open the patio door - which is a better option if you are not on the ground floor. There is a touch-sensor in the room to operate the lights and the metal screens. It works some of the time. Other than this poorly-engineered concept of room ambience, we really loved our experience at the hotel.

Vier Sterne???

Ich habe für das Geburtstagsabendessen meines Mannes einen Tsch reserviert. Eine kleine Aufmerksamkeit auf dem Tisch oder im Zimmer hätte mich sehr gefreut…. Die Terrassenmöbel waren so voller Staub und Spinnweben, dass wir sie nicht benutzen konnten. Ansonsten hat uns die Lage und die Einrichtung des Hotels, sowie die nette Bedienung an der Reception, sehr gut gefallen.

Gute Lage, freundliches Personal. Leider war im Fitness zB. Das Laufband defekt. Im Wellness das Bad in Reparatur usw... schade wenn man dann nur die hälfte der Einrichtung nutzen kann. Das Hotel ist sehr Hundefreundlich. Das heisst es hat auch wirklich viele viele Hunde. Beim Frühstücksbüffet wär es mir lieber gewesen es hätte weniger Hunde gehabt. Die Teller waren teils nicht sauber und die Löffel auch nicht... schade... für ein 4Stern Hotel hätte ich mehr erwartet.

Sehr schönes Zimmer und super Service

Ein schönes Hotel und perfekt am See gelegen. Der Check-In hat perfekt geklappt und da wir das Hotel vorgewarnt und das Essen vorbestellt hatten, wurden wir mit einem super und ausgezeichnetem Room-Service überrascht. Schön zu sehen, dass es noch guten Service gibt.

Tutto molto positivo

Piacevolissimo soggiorno in questo moderno hotel a bordo lago. Servizio reception hotel e ristorante molto attento e cortese. Camera spaziosa e luminosa, bagno altrettanto confortevole, parcheggio libero di fronte all’hotel, piccola palestra. Tutto molto curato per un soggiorno business, compresa la cena al ristorante interno. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Assolutamente consigliato, ritornerò!

Hotel ohne qualifiziertes Personal am Front Desk

Leider wollten wir die zweite Nacht nicht mehr in diesem Hotel übernachten, da wir am ersten Tag ein falsches Zimmer (untere Kategorie) erhalten haben und dann das Zimmer am zweiten wechseln mussten da das vermietet war. Absolut katastrophale Rezeption, keine Organisation!!!
