Un hotel muy bonito y ideal para pasar un fin de semana. todas las atenciones fueron geniales desde nuestra llegada hasta el dia que nos retiramos. los desayunos muy completos y bien, las areas limpias comodas y seguras. pero la habitación fue genial, como para pasar alli mas tiempo. un descanso muy acogedor. la unica recomendación es que deberian tener un servicio de comida mas tarte. llegamos despues de un viaje largo a las 11:00 PM pensando en cenar, pero no habia nada disponible.

The property was very tranquil relaxing, and attractive. Great pools, beautiful room. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The beach was nice, but the bay there was too shallow and murky to swim. The room they attempted to give me was adjacent to a very noisy construction zone, where they were building new units. After some awkward discussion, they placed us in another larger room , but at an additional 1/3 higher rate.

Beautiful but boring and no ocean waves
There was good and bad. This hotel is located on very calm water and we like to swim in the waves. Too far to drive for Puerto Vallarta activities. 30 min. drive to surfer beach at Sayulita which was super fun! Vallarta Gardens had very nice people and food but was too quiet and boring for us. They would not let us out of our 6 night booking. (We are 60 years old.)

Vallarta Gardens is a beautiful spot, the gardens are lush.. the room was gorgeous.. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. The pools were clean with comfy cabanas available.. but this is not the place to come if you are looking for that typical Mexican party vibe.. bar closes at 8:00 pm, restaurant at 9:00, And only one of a few bars were open.. It’s very quiet and relaxing. That’s our vibe so we loved it!!

I liked that it’s quiet and great place to relax. The staff is attentive and friendly. Besides the dirty socks we found left under the living room table everything was very clean. The food, (lunch and breakfast) were awful and inedible; expensive, bad taste. I would not recommend the restaurant food they serve there

Actual luxury 10 minutes from Buserias.
I’ve been visiting the coastal towns of Nayarit for a while now and I’ve stayed at lots of rentals - this one is the best. The owner truly understands luxury and everyone on staff is attentive and efficient. The rooms are top notch, featuring awesome A/C and fantastic duvets to go with, and there are small carpets on each side of the bed to welcome your feet. Lovely hot shower & fluffy towels too! The resort is nestled beautifully into an oceanside hill and the lush landscaping is perfect. I look so forward to returning!!

El lugar esta impecable. La distribución de los espacios y todas las instalaciones invitan al descanso además de ser agradables y muy cómodas. Mi unica queja es que, en mi ultimo dia, después de almorzar, una mesera me interpelo para preguntarme si ya habia pagado mi cuenta a lo cual, obviamente contesté que si y ella aun actuó como si dudara de mi respuesta. Eso me pareció de muy mal gusto en un establecimiento de este nivel.

Great place to vacation
Excellent option for a beachside stay somewhat off the beaten track but close to enough to town to be very comfortable. Friendly staff and excellent accommodation. Excellent facilities in a beautiful setting

el lugar es muy bonito y tranquilo, por ahora esta en construcion , pero a pesar de eso esta bien limpio y cuidan mucho que la construcion no interfiera con los huespedes, a la comida del bufet del desayuno le falta un poco de cosas como pan dulce y asi.

Horroroso
Abstenganse de ir! Vacaciones deprimentes! El hotel se encuentra abierto solo para ser vendido, no atendido.. pesimo servicio, los empleados cuentan que siempre esta en remodelacion, las albercas no tienen calentador, solo 1 restaurante sin variedad y sin horarios decentes, cierran a las 6 y no hay que hacer, en la zona no hay absolutamente nada que hacer, no nos dieron el cuarto que reservamos y al hablar con el gerente su respuesta fue "si no les gusta se pueden ir". Jamas regresaria.. si esta buscando unas vacaciones alegres con un buen servicio mejor vaya a otro lugar..

Lugar muy tranquilo y comodo, habitacion bonita, comoda y amplia con su cocineta. Tiene una alberca en remodelacion y cerca de esa alberca estan construyendo un salon nuevo. Deben mejorar el menu de snack, bebidas y comidas, son bastante basicos y altos en precio por lo que ofrecen. Si esperas no salir del hotel, seguro buscaras hacerlo para conseguir mejor comida. La playa excelente si viajas con hijos pequeños.

Beautiful place, but we received the wrong room
We paid for a ground floor room with a private pool and received a 2nd floor room with less outdoor space and a hot tub only.

Lovely
We were pleasantly surprised by this property. We were coming from one of the swanky resorts in Punta Mita, and actually found our suite at Vallarta Gardens to be much more updated and comfortable. The unit was meticulously cleaned, and the finishes were fresh and modern. We were in a 1BR suite and loved the large size with high ceilings, plenty of windows and huge wraparound balcony. The grounds were also beautiful and well maintained, and everyone we encountered was helpful and professional. The beach was a bit disappointing (sandy but no waves and not the best view), and while there were 3 pools, they are pretty small (and one was closed). It looks like they have some nice plans in place to add to the pool areas. All in all we were happy with our short stay here and would book this property again.
