They made a half-hearted attempt to spray the floor, but they ran out of bug spray. I told them I would make it work because it was almost midnight and I had just arrived from the US. Oscar was extremely kind and helpful, giving us all the information we needed about getting around, arranging a taxi to the city centre, and making sure we safely got to the airport with the same driver for our very early 5 a.m. flight. We truly appreciated the care and attention."
