При прибытии в отель, заселили в номер в 10:30, так как номер был уже подготовлен, что было очень приятно, так как не пришлось ожидать до 14:00. Также в отеле есть функция «поздний выезд» за дом плату, когда номер освобождаешь не в 12:00 а в 21:00 - очень удобно. Замечательные, сытные и разнообразные завтраки за доп плату 250 грн, правда придётся пройти пешком около 10 мин в отель Фавор Парк, ресторан Chef. Номера чистые и свежие, уборка каждый день. Приветливый и вежливый персонал. Останавливаюсь в этом отеле 2-у раз, и следующую поездку запланировал также в Фавор Спорт👍

Solid choice if you can live with the location

The hotel itself and the service were solid, the location turned out to be a bit impractical, quite far away from most places, located in a residential area.

This is a special place in a rarely examined area of Kyiv, due to its age. Podil, in retrospect is older, classier. However, Favor Spot Hotel is well worth it. First off, you're talking $30 to $42 a night for modern rooms with smart TVs. Then, there's the hotel's policies, super lax, but professional. Good people there. --Andrei C. Davis

Great Value for Money - not as good as before.

This is a really good economy hotel, if you want to be in that part of the city. Mtro is 15 minute walk, so not so convenient. We have stayed before and the breakfast and restaurant were really good. Now there is neither. Breakfast is at the larger Favor Park Hotel. It is extremely good, but means a 10 minute walk. Its summer, so that's OK. I would not want to do it in the winter.

The hotel was clean, spacious room, good breakfast and quiet. The only disadvantage is not elevator if you have a big luggage but find with a carry on.

The electricity went off during the day. It came back on until 00:30 then went off again. I went to reception and asked what was going on. The receptionist did not know. I asked if she had called her manager, she said no. I told her to call the manager which she did. The next morning there was still no electricity in the building. The manager had still not turned up at the hotel. I believe she turned up at about 09:30. We transferred to the Favor Park hotel at 18:30. Breakfast in both hotels was abysmal to say the least. The two receptionists we talked with in Favor Sport hotel was the only highlight of the hotel.

No hot water!

I did not have hot water either morning when I planned to take a shower. The last morning I woke at 6 am and called the front desk to report. I waited until 10:30 am to take a shower. I spoke with the administrator about it. She was unsympathetic. New hotel, comfy bed, but I will not stay there again due to the unresponsiveness of the administrator.

Property was new and fresh and staffs very , very helpful. I don’t usually write reviews , but feel the need to make an exception here as the service I received from the staffs was exceptional. I can’t wait to be back and I am definitely staying in favour Sports Hotel again. I highly recommend this hotel , 5 star service.

Simple and Basic Suburban stay

The stay was OK, convenient for our business. Hotel is really 2-3 star, Ibis-like. We will return for business. Dfiniteky not a tourist hotel as well away from those parts of the city. The restaurant does have live music on Saturday of a good standard. Breakfast is very basic.

Very new. Everything is clean and functional. The front desk staff are exceptional. The chair and water/coffee/tea were not in my room when I checked in. Bothersome noise -- neighbors downstairs moving furniture and vacuuming at 5:30 am. Then construction noise at 10am. Then loud annoying disco music from the café directly below my room. The hotel would not allow me to move, even though it seemed half the rooms were unoccupied. The breakfast staff varied. The first day the fellow was so slow, inattentive, and unfriendly. The food was not refreshed for over 30 minutes, with half the items missing. The second morning thing were OK, but still slow. Finally, the third morning the woman handling the breakfast was on top of things. She diligently replenished items that were low and had a pleasant happy attitude. The Hotel reminded me of Proverbs 11:22 "Like a gold ring in a pig's snout is a beautiful woman who shows no discretion." The Hotel is beautiful in that it's new, clean, and maintained, but the noise, unwillingness to allow a room change, and mediocre breakfast staff are big problems.

従業員が大変丁寧で親切です。きちんと説明してくれますし、みんな挨拶してくれます。ベッドの都合で部屋の交換をお願いしたところ、快く応じてくれました。 部屋は狭くはありません。新築だと思います。モデルルームの香り。照明が明るいです。これはよかった。シャワー室もきれいです。 ドライヤーとアイロン台は常設されておらず、電話でフロントに依頼するよう戸棚の上の紙に書いてありました（最初その紙を見つけず、フロントに行って依頼してしまいました）。 エレベーターがありません。階段です。 団地内にあります。3階の部屋でしたが、外の音は車通りがあるにも拘らず静かでした。 しかし、壁は薄いのか、隣の話し声が聞こえました。尤も、隣は夜中に奇声を発したり、大声で何か言ったりしていたので、普通の声ならそんなに聞こえないかもしれませんが。隣の騒音がなければ、とても静かです。 朝食は地下の食堂で出されます。ウクライナでは大変珍しいことに、バイキングです。メニューは、ヨーロッパのホテルで見られるようないわゆる朝食バイキングらしいバイキングですが、チーズのパンケーキ（Syrnyk）やカッテージチーズ、サワークリームがあるのがウクライナ風でした。 中心部へはトロリーバスの12号線と、地下鉄青線が利用できるので意外と便利ですが、前者は本数が少なく行き先も適当（本来行くはずの駅まで行かなかったりする）で、当てになりません。夜23時過ぎ以降はタクシーになると考えた方がよいです。 夜暗くなってからタクシーで行きますと、あまりわかり易くないので、地図を用意していって運転手に見せた方が安心です。
