"Relaxing stay with everything taken care of from dinner to breakfast. Although we walked around f there is a free shuttle to bus terminal which is a few mins walk to the yubatake."
"There were some maintenance issues with the hotel. The lights on the elevator button on the 9th floor did not illuminate, my room lights were also a little trouble. There were a couple of bugs in my room as well. The check in staff was not as accommodating as I would have liked. However, the hot spring was great. The hotel bus driver and restaurant staff were very friendly."

"What an amazing place this is. As soon as you check in you're given a welcome matcha tea and sweet treats. The dining area has free flavoured water and hot drinks 247 and the breakfast was so tasty. They even catered for vegetarians.
The room was gorgeous. Tatami mats covered the floor with a beautiful seating area with tea and a kettle for you to use in the room. The beds were extremely comfy and the only negative I have about this place is that the duvets were so thick and fluffy. I'm just glad it wasn't really hot weather.
The Onsen baths were amazing. 4 separate shapes, all supposedly offering a different dream to come true. All toiletries were supplied, as were pajamas.
I can't rate this place highly enough. I felt very welcomed and cared for. I just wish I could have stayed longer."
