"The room light was not as bright as I expect, other aspects were as expected property-wise. The staff was professional and welcoming, they agreed to keep my two luggages before check-in time though they were truly heavy, and also brought them to the reserved room in advance."

"Definitely the property is showing it's age，but it is a good deal for the money asked for. On the information page saying it is described as a smoke free hotel, but it is in fact a free to smoke hotel. There is an ash tray in the room I stayed...... "

"This location is right next to Saijo station - an excellent place to stay with quick access to Sakagura street to visit all of the sake breweries. My only complaint is there’s only one elevator for the whole hotel so for events like the Saijo Sake Matsuri it takes a long time to get to and from your room, and the breakfast area becomes very crowded. they do have a washer and dryer which I used twice very convenient very efficient. The coffee maker was broken for two of the three days I stayed so that was a bummer. I wish they could’ve given everyone ¥200 to go to the 7-Eleven for coffee or just brew it in the kitchen!"
