"Loved this hotel so much! My stay in Osaka and Tokyo pale in comparison to it. The bed was fluffy and just soft like I like my beds. The room was spacious with a proper area to eat. Shower and toilet were tucked away but both big places for a plus size person like me. Loved the location. Loved all the amenities. Highly recommend if you’re planning to stay in Kumamoto. It was pricey but worth it. "

"The whole hotel was luxurious including the waiting area near the reception desk. The accommodations on the “luxury” floor was superb, with a complimentary drink bar area that included different alcohols. Breakfast was also delicious! "
