Never staying here again!

Not a maintained place. The room has issues even with opening the EM lock! The whole area was not even made to be a hotel. Room cleaning service and rubbish collection services utilise the same pathetic, slow lift as guests! Safari Park was pretty pathetic too!

The staff are very nice and helping. The buildings are well maintained but certain area left un-managed. The room condition is a bit expensive for the price. floor not mopped clean. Dust everywhere in the room, balcony not cleaned. I guess there's bed bugs too coz my kids and I got red itchy bumps on our skin when wake up in the morning.

Overall.... Not so good. Not so guest-friendly frontdesk staff. Hotel walkway, lift lobby and lift soooo dirty, dusty, full of stains, ciggarette butts etc.

Need some improvement for hotel service!!!

when check in we encounter bad habit, some of the guest smoking nearby hotel lift. I am having my children expose to the smoke. I really hate that, even though we have warn them, they just ignore me. on daylight, the hotel did swith off the corridor lamp. walkway to the room is too dark,I do recommend the hotel should switch on the walkway lamp because it is really dark. I do request non smoking room, but the hotel give me the room for smoker.. they also put ashtray in my room. I really disappointed with this. nothing warn me about this hotel do keep deposit in cash. they do not prefer to use credit or debit card... another minus point there.. you should warn me about this in your hotel description. luckyly I do prepare some cash money because of ticket to safari park. this hotel os close to water park and safari park. the safari got alot of animals, and it do have lot of event there.. almost every one hour they do prepare live show.

Breakfast provides no fruit juice, lousy canteen style Of coffee, limited choice of eggs (no on the spot cooking of simple food like fried egg). Even saw a crochoches walking on the floor! The price paid for the breakfast should be well below RM20.00 per person instead of RM38/ RM40 per person. Not enough complementary coffee stick provided.

Need major improvements

Visited on 9 sept 18 and was my second visit after 3yrs. First visit was good but this time it was horrible experience. We checked in late at 7.30pm because there was no tram (bus) service from savana station to exit point and exit point to hotel. Our room was not ready when we got the access. We were lucky we saw room service lady at the end of corridor and requested her to assist to clean up the room. She took 30mins to clean but she told us no drinking water and towels available. Very disappointed. Here i must mentioned dispite crowded and agitated visitors, staff manning the check-in counters still managed to give a smiling face and properly greeted me. Keep up the good work! The rest of the problems, the management have to really improve it.

Nice hotel but cleanliness need to improve

Nice big room. Disappointed when check in as the bedsheet is dirty with mark , kettle is dirty ,rust and full of ants inside . Floor is not been clean properly .
