Amazing pool, very good value

Very modern apartment in a ver nice building. Price with Victoria homes is very Good, other apartments in the same building more expensive. The pool is amazing. We only received one key but we asked for another one and we got it straight away. Easy check in process. I would definitely go back to this place if staying in KL again.

great pool; lacked some of the essentials

Pool and view was beautiful but often crowded and no towels. Out room was owner shared unit rather than nicer hotel, so it lacked hangars, nice shampoo, etc. Still would recommend.

Service can be better

the check in could be improved as despite confirming our arrival time, we had to wait for about 15 minutes for the staff to meet us up and issue d keys. Upon reaching d room, d WIFI password has been changed but d guide in d room was not updated. We tried many failed attempts to connect until I WA them for d correct password. But d room, d infinity pool and gym are fantastic. So overall it’s a good place.

Bad room facilities

The worst part of the stay was the parking. The access cards could not work and we were trapped. The security would notvhelp because it was a private booking. Cannot come to this place again. Also the room was badly maintained, TV not working. Shower door handle broken, electrical sockets spoilt, etc. Cannot recommend anybody to stay here.

家族一緒に泊まれる部屋を探して本レジデンスを予約。夜19時に到着し、受付に行くと携帯を貸せと言われ、勝手に電話を登録。するとしばらく経って仲介業者から始まって入居の手続きメールが入る。メールボックスに鍵が入っているとの事でメールボックスの暗証番号が送られてくる。メールボックスの場所を探していろんな人が右往左往。ようやく見つけ開けると鍵がない。受付に行くと、俺は知らん、中間業者に連絡しろとの事。近くにいた人とエレベーターに同乗させてもらい部屋に行くと中から大勢の人が騒ぐ声。仲介業者に連絡すると彼らが間違いなので交渉してくれとありえない回答。あまりの対応にクレームつけると言うと、今から行きますとの事。この時点で1時間、仲介業者が来るまで1時間、その後仲介業者が他の部屋を用意するまで2時間。結局部屋に入れたのは夜中12時。次の日は朝から三人が部屋に来て、早く出てくれや中には鍵を持って勝手に入って来たり。最悪でした。

Beautiful looking but so many problems. Some outlets didn't work, sensor to sliding door to small bedroom wasnt working and trapped my kids inside,water kettle didn't work... without wi-fi communication very hard. As there is no property manager on site no one to help.

투어 다니기에 접근성 너무 좋구요. 방 2개, 화장실 2개 시설 깨끗하고 에어컨 빵빵했구요ㅋ 두 가족 총 6명이서 이용하기에 편하고 좋았어요. 다만 샴푸와 바디샤워는 있는데 향이 너무 안 좋으니 세면용품은 챙기시길 추천합니다. 그리고 루프탑 수영장 야경은 정말 너~무 좋아요. 꼭 이용하시길 추천해요~

I stay in Victoria home platinum suites. This one was self check in. Before I was to contact Hotels.com staff, they said that they had front desk staff to assist guest to check in. When I arrive, they only provided the phone no that the guest contact other departments staff to show us check in process. I contact the check in staff by email. They late to reply us. It was so difficult to do check in process. Exclude this point, all is good for stay in here! The location, swimming pool, beautiful view and the room are the best reason to let u stay.

受付で段取りが分からず時間を無駄にした。シャワーが冷たかった。アメニティがくさい、用意がない。ＯＵＴ時もＫＥＹの返却が手間であり、荷物の預けも料金がかかる上、担当者がくるまで長い事待たされた。 目的であった屋上のプールは雨で遊泳禁止。 やはりホテルがいいと強く感じた。

Avoid at all cost

This place was simply disgusting - walls were dirty - the paint was peeling off - the room smelled like a tobacco factory. We asked for another room that we have got. It was also dirty and it also smelled bad. (Although it was less bad than the first one) We paid five star prices and we got a 2-star accommodation - I’ll never ever stay at this place again (I’m in KL every week). The most frustrating part is that this is a brand new building and repainting a couple of walls would take no time ... terrible and disappointing

Huge apartment with nice view

It is a little confusing in the beginning of how to check in 24hrs in advance- they communicate through Whatsapp- once figured that part out everything gets easier. Staffs are nice, if anything is out I can send them a message on Whatsapp and they will bring it down. The apartment has great view of the city, huge (lots of space), the infinity pool on the top level is amazing- can see the Petronas Twin Towers.

Nice clean classy good location

Everything was great. Nice, clean, spacious, great location. Only thing was staff were abit hard to contact. Fire alarm went off (false alarm) and we had to call three times before someone answered. Besides that it was a great experience
