Room was small - double bed took up much of room - not much space for anything else.
But room and bathroom were clean - bathroom looked like it had recently been refurbished.
Reception had no rooms set aside for us (party of 4, booked 3 rooms) even though we'd booked 3-4 months ahead via hotels.com.
They blamed hotels.com.......but the next day they "found" the reservation - so not sure where the fault truly lay. It may be worth ringing ahead to ensure they do have your booking if you stay here!
I had a family room, so the size was fine. Staff friendly. Close to the Hilton where I attended a conference, so I appreciated the proximity (140m).
Almost wouldn't let me in because they didn't receive an email from hotels.com. The guy who served me could have handled it better after my long day and late arrival. Not great to be greeted with 'We don't have a record of your payment and we are fully booked.'
