Parking here is the best, easy and many empty spot. Staff at the counter are very friendly and easy to talk with. Rooms nice with many plugs but smelled strong with cigarettes. Sleep light does not work and only one room light works. Toilet ok but toilet bowl not so clean enough.

Bad Arrangements for Hotel Check In

I arrived late at the hotel last weekend for check in, but there's no rooms left. The hotel also didn't call me to confirm the check in if I'm late. I have booked and paid the hotel 3 days before for 3D2N. The receptionist said he didn't have information from the Hotel Headquarters that there will be one person will check in, and HQ said to refund back the money. But there is no refund until now! How bad your system is and I'm very disappointed with your service. Its 3D2N not one night. Please do the better arrangements. Do not simply decide what you like to do.

Terrible Hotel

Firstly, what I have request by online, totally not match with what I got at front desk. Staff have zero knowledge and cannot confirm my booking. Second, when i got enter the room theres only have one bed. Already request for extra bed in online and pay for extra charge. The staff have no idea what happen. I need to walk to the front desk request what I've alreay book in system. The staff only give me one single mattress, one pillow and I need to setup by myself. The reason, NO STAFF ALL SLEEP. Are u kidding me?!

The place is reasonable for the price. The only thing missing is the normal things u get in other places such as : 1. Complimentary bottled water 2. Toiletries, there is only soap 3. The toilet doesn't have tissue paper 4. No drinking glass 5. No kettle But the big plus is, its generally clean, no bugs or dampness, the place is new. Staff is super friendly and helpful. Quiet surroundings with places to eat.

Nice lowcost hotel near lrt station

It took only maximum 10 Mins walk from lrt station to the hotel. The room is very clean. You'll get towels, blanket and soaps. Unfortunately you have to bring your own shampoo, toothbrush and paste. The hotel staff was kind. Although he couldn't prove my booking number at expedia, he let me stay for that night. Overall it was a really nice hotel for that price range.

Vänta tills de renoverat klart!!!!!

De renoverade hotellet så man blev väckt varje morgon av att de började borra i väggarna. De var väldigt tröttsamt och obehagligt då man på sin semester vill ha lugn och ro. Myror invarderade hela rummet, vi hade myrbo under sängen. Sedan är alla rummen rökfria men på något vis så fick många för sig att röka i korredorerna precis vid ett fönster där suget för ACn kom ifrån. Så hela rummet blir de rökdoft och vi fick huvudvärk. Självklart sa vi till men inget hände. Mycket irriterande. Annars var rummen fina, stora och mycket utrymme för att "lasta av sig" sina saker.
