When I came into the room, I was really satisfied with the condition of the room. Then, when I took out the pot from the drawer, it became a nightmare because of cockroach... After then, I could see many cockroaches everywhere and everytime... And inside microwave was really dirty even I heard everything is ready for you before C/I! And room cleaning! I paid for 50 RM for it but when I came back, I couldn't find any difference. They just did empty the trashbin only...

At first the access card can only pass one person and another person need to wait for next turn using one access card. Second, the tv remote is not function. Next, it is good to have washing machine inside but there is no laundry soap and dryer.

Il suffit d'appeler le propriétaire 10 min avant et les clefs arrivent. L'appartement est simple et suffisant proche du métro et à 10min à pied des tours Petronas.

3시간이 넘는 체크인과 클리닝페이 투어리즘페이 청결하지 못한 숙소에서 병걸림 최악의 숙소

메르쿠 서머스위트는 레지던스형의 숙소인데 겉만 보기 좋지 안은 청결하지 못하고 체크인하는 데스크가 없어서 밑에서 스텝을 기다려야 했어요 스텝을 3시간이상 기다리고 체크인 하려는데 클리닝페이와 투어리즘페이를 숙박비용보다 비싸게 강제로 받아갔아요 여태까지 쿠알라룸푸르를 수차례 여행했지만 이렇게 말도 안되는 추가비용을 낸 곳은 처음이에요 그리고 지내는동안 지갑에 돈을 하우스키퍼들이 훔쳐가서 경찰서까지 다녀오고 청결하지 못해서 병까지 걸렸어요 하지만 스텝이나 중국사장은 어떠한 도움도 안주고 너 알아서 해라는 식으로 방관하고 진짜 최악의 숙소였어요 이런적이 처음이라 너무 당황하고 황당했어요 절대로 메르쿠 서머스위트 이름이 있는 숙소나 레지던스를 사용하지 마세요 저 처럼 피해보는 분들이 없었으면 합니다

Charging RM40 for cleaning fees whereas the place is not clean at all. There are hair on the drain, the toilet bowl cover is dusty and there are roaches running around kitchen area. WiFi is not working at all. Complaint to the PIC and no response from her.

Nice view but

- during check in need to standy by minimum rm 200 for the deposit and rm 30 for cleaning fee - already informed the staff that we need the towel. He mentioned that he will provide the towel and is still in the laundry. Waited till check out didn’t received any towel - springy bed, kinda hurt my back - need to buy own soap since they only provide shampoo, toothbrush and toothpaste - informed staff to checkout early but they just ignore and need to come back just to check out and get your deposit back - overall 3/5 since i just like the swimming pool and the view from the room.

Not recommend to stay here ! No Free parking but it mentioned have free parking ! Extra charges for cleaning fee once check in ~ Did not mention cleary while booking! Have to read well the policy before you make booking. Dirty in room, air- con will off itself ! Bad felt.

체크인 시 유선통화 후 키 받을 수 있습니다. 택시이용 시 시내 주요지역을 15분 내외로 전부 갈 수 있습니다. 수영장 및 피트니스 무료로 이용가능합니다. 방도 쾌적한편이며 간단한 음식 조리 및 빨래도 가능합니다. 방이 크지는 않지만 4인 가족이 지내는데 전혀 불편함이 없었습니다. 가격대비 아주 좋은 숙소입니다. 재방문 의사 있습니다.

Nice suite overall. Mattress was a bit springy for me but my other guest liked it. Clean hotel but some ant type bugs crawling around food counters. They got into our bread so don’t leave anything out. Location was great close to everything. Pool was ok. Lower level and didn’t have any chairs for seating which was annoying. Overall I’d give it 4/5

Fantastic Location

Fantastic location, 15 Minutes walking distance to KLCC, 5 minutes walking distance to Quill City Mall, near public transport which is Monorail (can change different public transport to go other shopping malls, Pavilions, Midvalley and One Utama. O-Bike is nearby, can rent and ride bicycle go anywhere you like. The room is clean and comfy, the facilities of the apartment are great especially the pool area which is so amazing. Staffs are friendly too. Highly recommend.

Convenient but very basic

Great location, within walking distance of KLCC, Bukit Nanas monorail station and MATIC. Checking in and out was a hassle trying to contact owners to let you in and return keys and security passes. Apartment was self contained, mostly clean and very basically furnished by IKEA. Lacking some basic necessities like dish washing liquid, tea towel, and plug for the sink making it difficult to wash the dishes you use. Television only tuned in to Malaysian stations making it pointless if you can't understand the local language! Apartment quite noisy with traffic noise and local mosques in the morning. Swimming pool was ok, a bit cloudy with very little seating.

Ce système d hébergement est une véritable galére.Nous avons dû attendre 4 heures(avec l'aide de locaux) pour que quelqu'un se déplace.Et nous annonce que l'appartement attribué est loué.( il est 1 heure du matin) .Apres plusieurs appels,un autre nous ai attribué.Re-taxi,re-valise à porter. Celui est un 4 places,nous sommes 5;Appartement neuf,certes,mais sans fenêtre ,et probleme de place pour dormir. Durant l'attente des clés,nous étions nombreux et tous dans la même situation: plus de logement......Entre la colere,la fatigue,la perte de temps,expérience plus que décevante.

We had major problems when checking in but these were due to hotels.com not the suite owner. We were relocated to another suite in a different building for one night which was very inconvenient, but when we finally did get to the mercu suite we were very happy with the quality and comfort of the suite.

Terrible terrible terrible suite experience

The springs of the mattress will hurt your back. The sofa is dirty and old. The pan is not suit for the cooker. The tableware is too less. The TV is analog. The price is almost same with Vortex Suite Residence, but the quality difference is huge.
