bed issues.

second time here. this time little bit disappointed cause i booked was queen bed but by the time i arrived i got twin bed. really feel uncomfortable to sleep with my partner.

駅から近くて、どこへ行くにも快適だったと思います。しかしながら、部屋は写真と違いまったくきれいではなく、ベッドで寝たらかゆくなりました。おそらくダニがいるのでしょう。床には小さなゴギブリのような虫などがたまにいて不快でした。

窓なしエクスプレスルームに要注意

部屋タイプが、予約時の表記はスーペリア、予約確認メールが届いたら窓なしエクスプレスルームと書いてありました。詐欺みたい。 2泊もするのに窓なしの狭い部屋は嫌だ！と思ったけれどキャンセル不可だったので仕方なくそのままに。フロントの青年は、エクスプレスルームの客だと分かったとたん態度が横柄に。エレベーターの場所も顎で指すだけ。部屋は冷蔵庫も歯ブラシもなく、ポットはかなり旧式、洗面台は水漏れし、トイレットペーパーはなくなっても補充してくれませんでした。紙の補充を頼んでおいたら、黙って部屋の入口に置いていきました。ヨレヨレで変形していて、いつも泊まっていた部屋のトイレットペーパーとは質が違って見えました。 Lower Classの客になるって、こういうことなのね…と学習しました。今まで定宿にしていて、場所も料金も気に入っていましたが、今回は大失敗。フロントスタッフも、以前はすばらしかったけれど、だんだん有能な人が抜けていき、今はがっかりすることが多いです。朝食もだんだん質が落ちてきたかな。スーペリアルームなんて名称に騙されたのが返す返すも悔やまれます。

Très mauvais hôtel

a notre arrivée, le réceptionniste ne trouvait pas notre réservation, alors que cette dernière était déjà payée. Il nous a donc recommandé de contacter hôtel.com pour avoir un autre numéro de réservation. Nous avons ensuite eu une chambre « express », sans fenêtre, une chambre insalubre avec des draps sales, rien qui ne ressemblait aux photos ! Grosse arnaque

Close proximity to KL Sentral station. Walking distance from station to hotel. Breakfast was plentiful and included in the price.

Excellent stay at Sentral Hotel Kuala Lumpur.

The acomodation is good, service excelent, shopping mall nearby and transportation connection through lrt,, mrt, ert,komuter,monorail are easy to excess plus taxi and buses.
