I was booked a room on 24th Dec at 6pm and wish to stay on 24th Dec at 10pm, confirmation booking code was sent into my mail box. When I reached the location, the receptionise told me last minute booking will not be entertain, I am mad on this kind of services, why don't they call me before I reach the hotel? Wasted my time to find another hotel and it was 11pm!! Addition, the receptionise was talking the phone with his friend while he entertain me!!

Didn't save my booking at all, clearly wrote on the website don't need to call the hotel to reconfirm but when in front of their faces they faces they said yes. The phone number to their hotel also not working. Literally the most stupidest hotel ever. I feel ashamed in front of my friends that my bookings were not even booked and we have to end up walking around the whole KL town in search for another cheap hotel. Thank God we found a reasonable hotel which is even nearer to the event we are attending. But still I'm pretty mad about the hotel service.

I already book a room for my family but when i went there, they said the booking was notihing more that to check a room. Was really dissapointed with that and need to look for the other hotel since it was fully book.

worth to try

read lots of review about this hotel. However what i went through was different! Stayed last night at room 402. I didnt hear any noise, room was clean, toilet as well, managed to watch astro channel, excellent wifi connection, the staffs are all friendly, the lobby smells good with air purifier and downstairs you can eat mamak food. I booked the room through trivago apps for only rm72 nett (pay at the counter). What else should i say when i pay for all those that i got. There is 1 part which i think the hotel is unique. The change the elevator's carpet everyday and written today's day! The hotel is near monorail station (titiwangsa station) and you can request uber to go anywhere u want as well. During night u can eat at the seafood restaurant nearby and have a reflexology session at the street (blind massuer) for rm30 (30 minutes) Hope this helps! I will definitely recommend this hotel and come again!

A Little Dirty but Cheap given its good location

Stayed here for a night. There were stains on the comforter and the bedsheet. The bathroom floor was a little sticky. However, OVERALL is worth the price given its good location, will only recommend this if it is just for a short stay.

Good Location.

One night stay, room without window. Sound proofing not good enough, can hear clearly people talking outside. Small room, ok for a 1 nite stay. Near to LRT station and PWTC. No private car park. WiFi, not very stable at time of stay. A lot of eateries in hotel vicinity.
