Can walk to Paradigm Mall

My parents stayed for 2 separate nights. They had different room for each night. We booked the Romance room. It is supposed to be bigger BUT WE COULD HARDLY WALK. The rooms are so small. The room is not sound proof. Could hear the neighbours sound - even talking. The facilities are faulty. Bathroom faucet leaks. Kettle not working. Room bulb not working. However, the rooms are clean and they have very friendly staff. And this hotel is very near Paradigm Mall. Can easily walk over.

1 cockroach in the bathroom. Room had a balcony with all the ventilation machines always on, making noise 24 hour a day. Very small room, no space for a decent desk and chair. The only positive is the receptionist was very helpful and kind.

Has Become A Favourite

Easy access, parking provided, convenient location for me to go to my office, lots of shops and restaurants nearby. Excellent service only from one indian female staff who always there in the morning. The rest of the front desk staffs needs more training as check ins can be quite long. I experienced this more than 2 times already.

Near paradigm mall.. 5min walk

Room has mosquitoes. Toilet has no toileteries. Towels are yellowish and has dust on it. Shower space is very narrow like 600mm only. Hairdryer need to borrow from reception.

it remind me of dog and pony show

This hotel was very clean and neat. A comfortable room and fast wifi made me relieved but I could hear some noise from the upstairs and couldn't sleep well. There is a Gym 4th floor, so it was hard to sleep on time for me. Everytime I closed my eyes, heavy sound woke me up. Not only the noise from the upstairs but also TV sound from next door made me angry. If I could get a chance to choose a hotel, I won't visit here.
