Rummen är väldig opersonliga. Helt vita väggar och den enda lyset som är är taklampor. TV var ochså inställd på fel rum så kunde inte benytta mig av screen sharing vilket var lite trist då utbudet av tv kanaler är begränsad. Frukosten var god men den har tidigare varit en av de bästa men nu var det ingen speciellt över den.

Fantastic, friendly & modern city centre Hotel

The hotel is perfectly located for exploring Kristiansand. The staff were professional and friendly throughout our stay. The rooms were spotless & comfortable. I loved the decor and the hotel had a relaxed, welcoming atmosphere. The breakfast buffet, whilst being a little chaotic, was delicious. It was lovely being able to sit outside and enjoy the views across the square. The Sushi restaurant, attached to the restaurant was delicious. Would definitely stay again.

Renhold kunne vært bedre . Dårlig renhold av teppe på gulv ,lå igjen støv. Var hår i dusjen. Kaldt gulv på badet . Baddør som knirket veldig . Ikke påfyll av såpe og papir . Under frokosten var det veldig mange småfluer , spesielt i salaten .

Veldig fornøyd med oppholdet. Ryddig og rent, God frokost, kjapp sjekk inn og ut, seng var god, men Puter var forferdelig. Også veldig billig dopapir og tv-en fungerte dårlig med AirPlay/screenmirror. Hadde vært veldig deilig med kjøleskap på rommet.

Fint centralt hotel med lille men fint værelse og seng. Morgenmad fint men ret kaotisk - logistikken/placering er ikke optimal. Hvad laver ex. Kaffen midt i maden? Müsli/nødder kommer før det som de reelt skal ligge ovenpå. Der mangler en naturlig rytme i jeres placering af morgenmaden.

Små rom. Var to voksne på et ordinært rom med to store kofferter, og det ble trangt. Kun et stativ kofferten kunne ligge på, den andre måtte oppta det lille av gulvplass som var, evt. en stol av stolene. Trangt i første del av frokostsal, bordene sto helt oppi buffeen.

Everything about this hotel was wonderful-- especially the staff!!! However, we were very unhappy about the fact that we had to navigate through the parking garage. This is a very confusing process. There are no clear signs in the garage-- and the App does not work with our US phone numbers. Very frustrating. Also not clear-- how to get one of the "reserved" free parking spots. The hotel needs to make this more convenient.
