Dont book this hotel if you expect AC on the room or service from the personel. On their website and on booking, hotels/expedia it says that they have air conditioning. But no, they can offer you a fan… Been the same for 8 years now since last we lived there. Personel says that they were fully booked even tho i could book 3 different rooms when i looked online. But we could not switch rooms.

Upon our arrival the lady on the reception had an attitude. We were charged for Wifi, despite Wifi being included in the reservation. The room was dirty and smelled bad. The Hotel does not have Air condition, and again it was included in the room's description. Thankfully there was a very friendly man working on the reception who actually cared. He gave us another upgraded room - but we had to pay additional $20/night The breakfast was good. The entire Hotel is decades past it's best times, when the pictures were taken. The worst part was the room service completely ignoring DO NOT DISTURB signs. They still go into the room and touch and move all our clothes, cosmetics, everything. Even when being in the room with the sign outside the door, they knock once and then simply enter the room.

Sweltering room

The overarching memory of this hotel will be the lack of air conditioning - there is only a very inefficient fan in the room that cannot keep up with demand. We happened to be in the area for a wedding over a very hot weekend and this seemed like the best hotel available - we were WRONG! Going back to the room was stressful and uncomfortable with no relief from the heat. We woke several times during the night and couldn’t keep the doors open as the ‘balcony’ was in fact a shared roof around the top of the hotel. Some of the staff were friendly but the whole atmosphere was just indifference to guests. I also can’t prove the theory but I left the hotel covered in bites - perhaps these were due to bed bugs. Not pleasant. Needless to say we will not be returning.

Ich hatte ein rollstuhlgerechtes Zimmer gebucht und schriftlich auch nochmal um eine Bestätigung gebeten. Diese Anfrage blieb unbeantwortet. Das Zimmer, das laut Rezeption rollstuhlgerecht sein sollte, war groß und mit einem breiten Bett ausgestattet. Das Bad war jedoch winzig und nur das Waschbecken war geeignet. Weder die Toilette noch die Dusche konnten mit einem Rollstuhl angefahren werden, sodass ich die Behindertentoilette nahe der Tiefgarage benutzen musste. Auf meinen Protest an der Rezeption hin, sagte mir der Mitarbeiter, er könne nichts dazu sagen, da er noch nie in dem Zimmer gewesen sei, aber es gelte als rollstuhlgerecht. Als wir beim Auschecken darauf hingewiesen, dass das Zimmer am Samstag nicht gemacht worden war, sagte man uns, das sei normal an einem Wochenende. Gute Gästebetreuung sieht anders aus!

Ein schönes Hotel mitten im Wald. Die Zimmer waren okay, bis auf ein paar kleine Dinge. Es war z.B. an der Garderobe ganz viel Staub, im Bad war noch die Zahnpasta am Wasserhahn. Es war auch sehr hellhörig und die Betten sehr weich. Frühstück war Mega. Trotz der paar nicht so schönen Dinge, war es gut.

Værelset havde ikke aircondition, så der var meget varmt. Der var shampoo og body wash på badeværelset, men ingen conditioner. Ved check out sagde personalet, at vi ikke havde morgenmad inkluderet. Jeg mente, at det var inkluderet men var ikke sikker og kunne ikke på stående fod finde det i min reservation. Senere har jeg set, at morgenmad faktisk var inkluderet. Det er for dårligt, at personalet opkræver for noget, der er inkluderet.

När vi kommer in i vårat första rum så luktar det så fruktansvärt illa. Det luktar avlopp något brutalt. Vi går till receptionen och säger till. Vi får till svar ”juste det var ju någon som klagade på det igår också”..? Vi fick byta rum tack gode gud. Vi hade dock bokat boende med AC. Acn som fanns på rummet fungerade knappt, det var säkert 30 grader inne på rummet och det blev inte många timmars sömn. På morgonen frågade personalen i kassan om allt varit bra. Jag svarade nja väldigt väldigt varmt på rummet. Fick till svar ”ja det är ju varmt ute” var på jag svarade tillbaka ”precis, därför vi bokade boende med AC”… Nej tack, inte igen.

Gute Parkmöglichkeiten und sehr reichhaltiges Frühstücksangebot. Frühstück allerdings teurer als vorher angegeben und mit 25€ schon teurer. Unser Zimmer war etwas verwohnt. Im Bad dürften gern mal die Fugen und auch die Heizung gereinigt werden.

La SdeB est le point noir, robinetterie rouillée, douche se fait dans une baignoire, wc avec des traces de calcaire lunaires etc… Parking extérieur payant, bon… mais la largeur des places nécessiteraient d’être en moto. Le choix du petit déjeuner est pléthorique, mais la qualité de l’offre est très quelconque.
