It was great customer service, what I like and it was surprising, my flight was after my check out and they couldn’t give me extra hours to stay but they offered me to wait in the club with I wasn’t expecting to be that great. Convenient location and clean.

Our stay was wonderful, all the staff were friendly and polite. Room was clean and quiet. Location was very convenient as it was close to MTR and many shopping malls. Our room keeper Elaine was wonderful in keeping our room tidy and clean. I would recommend this location for others who wish to visit Hong Kong.

Lovely View, Limited Comfort

The breakfast selection was limited, and the room was quite small and not very clean. However, the location was a plus — accessible and within walking distance to nearby shopping, the Arena of Stars, and other attractions. The harbour view from our room was definitely a nice added touch.
