"When we arrived they couldn't find our reservation booking, so we had to wait very long time, the receptionist didn't explain anything about the facilities of the Hotel, no instructions at all plus very unfriendly. The hotel is ok for a max 4 Stars but definitely not a Luxury 5 Stars Hotel, the 1st few days the cleaning wasnt good at all, after complaining it improved a lot! "Sehr schöne Unterkunft, tolles Essen, tolles Personal. Uns hat der Urlaub sehr gut gefallen im Resort. Eine Sache hat uns aber nicht gefallen und das waren die Handtücher. Leider waren die frischen Handtücher häufig dreckig (Make-Up Flecken, Löcher oder kleine orange Punkte). Nachdem wir an der Rezeption nach neuen fragten, haben wir leider wieder „neue“ dreckige Handtücher bekommen. Im dritten Anlauf hat es aber gut funktioniert und die Handtücher waren sauer. "It is pool hotel, if you dont like sea you can go this hotel, Foods are average, drinks and coctails etc are not satisfied, and good quality It was very crowded , it is long distance to go anywhere at the hotel, you should get shuttle in the resort, and no shuttle from hotel to city center. "

"Staff were excellent and friendly, good entertainment. Nice and relaxing around the pool. Food was good but mainly pork options. Shower head was broken in our room and the pool was green one day (which they sorted by the next day), AC could have been better. Overall I would come back and recommend, just potential improvements to be made "
