"Peace of Mind. Knowing that the staff got your back in case of an emergency. The friendliness of staff and the way they go out of their way to help. My grandson had a running nose, congested and I needed to take him to the doctor at 9.45 pm. I went to the reception and the staff went above and beyond to get a taxi and called the private practitioner near the hotel and we went to see her instead of the 30 minutes ride to Sigatoka Hospital. Thank you so much."

"Fantastic place to stay, but not close To shopping for clothing and souvenirs. There are 2 small shops on the resort But not much to choose from. Staff is wonderful and nice to know they have a medical clinic on site if you need it! Very well kept property and the food was great’ Bula Bula!!"

"The resort was clean, staff was exceptionally friendly….remembering all our names, taking time to ask how we were doing and if we needed anything. The restaurants offered a wide choice of food. I would definitely recommend the outrigger for a family vacation."

"The staff were wonderful, very helpful and friendly and being adjacent to a beautiful beach was great. The continental breakfast was lovely and included a choice of one hot meal which was a pleasant surprise. Our room was clean and a staff member came every morning to see if we needed anything, eg. more bottled water. However somewhere to sit inside our room would have been good as the only place to sit was on the bed or on the deck outside. The main restaurant was very nice with a large outdoor area. The bar was comfortable with very pleasant staff. The pools were very nice but too cold for us to use unfortunately."

"The most enjoyable part of the stay was the exceptionally helpful, friendly and entertaining staff. Some maintenance on the Bures is needed going forward. Just making sure the toilet seats are secured each time guests arrive , a mat inside the front door, and just some paint on marks would be recommended. Also a change up in the daily menu would be great. Overall we had a fun time."
