"Everything was good but the view of the room. We were supposed to have a garden view and actually our view was overlooking to some plants in the pots and lots of air conditionings on the roof of the hotel . It was a little bit disappointing "

That level of care and hospitality is incredibly rare and made us feel truly valued and taken care of. This resort delivers not only luxury and beauty, but heart. We left feeling like family and cannot recommend this place highly enough. If you are looking for a flawless beachfront getaway with world-class hospitality, this is the place to stay. "Clean room, staff very friendly"

"Rooms are like Villas, bathroom, living room kitchen/dining area, then bedroom and large patio, all fantastic. Location was actually on the beach, could not be closer Shopping was a 2 mins walk to the main street with an abundance of restaurants. Free buffet Breakfast was good, and had poolside snacks and dinner here also because the food was so good. Our shower drain did not drain properly, that was my only complaint. All the staff seemed friendly but there was 1 guy in particular at the front desk that was exceptional, he was a local Greek guy, by the name of Kostas, who really took the time to make you feel welcome and took the time to write down all the best little places to go. Great worker and nothing was a bother to him. I would have this guy work for me anywhere."

"Very comfortable hotel in excellent position. Lots of restaurants nearby and bus outside every 15 minutes to Chania. Hotel provided fruit, bottle of wine and biscuits in the room."
