The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was delicious and so plentiful with many choices. The beds were comfortable, the views spectacular. Everything was clean and we enjoyed our stay immensely!

Wonderful hotel. Food amazing for breakfast 5* quality. Staff cheerful and friendly. Pool beautiful, everything is really clean and room towels changed daily fresh coffee, milk and sugar satchets. Bottled water left in fridge daily, kettle in room and hairdyer. Plenty of plug sockets, bed really comfy. Will definately stay here again.

Konyaalti Beach is right there and the boardwalk was really nice in the evening. Breakfast was fantastic with quite a variety - including oatmeal and your choice of eggs.

We liked everything in this hotel, but what we liked motre was the staff at the breakfast. They were very professional, kind and extremely helpful. The breakfast was just amazing with a big choices of food!

I stayed at this hotel with my family and two children. We enjoyed our stay, my boys loved the pool. Staff were friendly. We did have to keep asking cleaner for clean towels and sheets as our room wasn’t been cleaned. Overall a great stay.

Air conditioning at the reception was broken, so too hot inside. Lack of air conditioning at the gym also. Gym equipment is great for the property size.

The staff is exceptional from reception to dining personnel. Everyone is helpful with a very positive attitude. The breakfast is abundant with made to order omelets and daily changing soup (I loved the hot yogurt soup). Fitness center was adequate but would benefit from A/C. Room was small but had a balcony with a wonderful view. However the frigobar was basically a box and did not work to even keep bottled water cold. There is no safe in the room although reception offered to keep my valuables with them. The doors to the shower did not slide properly on their rollers so it’s very hard to open and shut them. The proximity to the beach and its boardwalk are its biggest asset.

When I got my rooms I was so upset. The rooms were not at par what I expected for this price. The shower floor had stains. I was so upset. I messaged the booking manager but did not get any response. But, i must say the reception staff was very helpfull. The night guy (they called him "Ninja") and other guy did all they can in thier control. The morning manager named Togay was very polite and helpfull and did all he can to make me comfortable. So 3 stars for hotel and full 5 starts for staff.

1st thing to state - after a long flight and arriving approaching midnight, the customer service of the staff was lacking. One male in particularly, without so much as a greeting told me to place all the passports on the desk. No 'hello, how are you', no offer of a drink, not even a smile and having stayed in Antalya previously, it's not much of an ask. Prior to arriving, hotel had also been messaged asking for one of the sea facing rooms to have 2 single beds and they replied this would be done. Upon arrival, this request was declined as the sea view rooms don't have this option, to which I could only ask 'why did I receive this reply'. Instead of trying to solve this problem, I was told we'd be free to stay at another hotel so all in all - not the best of starts to my trip. Hotel room was nice - breakfast staff were nice - reception staff weren't as professional as could be. Toilet door & seat was loose but the room was nice and after my experience, I didn't think it necessary to say anything about this. The beach itself is a 2-3 minute walk and is pleasant. The area around Konyaalti is also pleasant but be mindful of the lift which has barely enough room for 2 person, let alone a family of four. If you don't mind being treated in a brusque manner by reception staff, then I'd recommend this hotel. Also be mindful that there is no safe in the hotel rooms. The hotel is clean and pleasant but having stayed at other hotels, I'll be looking elsewhere next time.

„Tolles Hotel in Strandnähe, Sehr umfangreiches und leckeres Frühstück, das Personal ist sehr aufmerksam, freundlich, hilfsbereit und hat immer ein Lächeln bereit. We enjoyed our stay very much! It was our second- time at GO. Staff is really friendly and help. Breakfast so much options. Distance to beach is just minute away and they give a towel for the beach. Also, surprised mw with a cake for my birthday. Plus tour buses for excursions stop at GO when selected- This was great. Definitely will stay again..

The hotel was in a perfect spot, just a few steps from the beach. I loved my morning and evening walks by the sea. The staff were very kind and helpful. Breakfast was amazing with so many choices. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and quiet, which made the stay even better.
