"The hotel was lovely, warm and welcoming, the Komenno peninsula is beautiful and we loved that wherever you are in the hotel there are beautiful views. Food and drink at the beach bar and à la carte restaurants was amazing (though expect to pay high prices if not on all inclusive). The sister hotel Imperial is easy to walk to and has some lovely restaurants, views and seating areas to explore also. "The service was great and the bar/ drink selection was amazing! We also enjoyed the selection of restaurants. The only complaint is about the housekeeping. We had to remind the housekeeping team to clean in the evening as it had not been done; the room was not cleaned properly sometimes. "This is a very beautiful All Inclusive resort with very nice food, very friendly and helpful staff. The general manager lacked a little bit respect and friendliness when I tried to make him aware of the crowdedness in the dining room and no system in place to improve it, but only at the very beginning of the conversation, after that he was nice, listened and dealt appropriately with the matter. Room was perfect, v clean and modern, free toiletries and we were v grateful of the daily water and the complimentary bottle of wine and basket of fruit on arrival - nice touch! Used the beach and pool, both lovely with service to your sunbeds. Would not hesitate to return again."
