Hotel susuranso

We enjoyed our stay at susuranso, The staff were so helpfull , even organised tickets for komagatake ropeway for us. The hotel is very clean and has great views of the surrounding mountains.

禁煙室なのに煙草臭い匂いがするのが気になりました。 食事で豆乳茶碗蒸しがありましたが普通の茶碗蒸しの方が良いように思いました。 お味噌汁を鍋で固形燃料で温める方式でしたが、ぬるくしか温まらないので方式を変更した方が良いと思いました。 スタッフは親切でした。

雨中登山の後の宿泊でした。濡れた装備､衣服を乾かすためにスキー乾燥室を使わせていただけました。ロビーでは浮世絵ギャラリーがあり､質の高い逸品が展示され､なかなかいい時間が過ごせました。ありがとうございました。

なにより食事がとても良かったです。地元お野菜を一つ一つ手作りで調理されていて、優しい味がしました。1人づつお釜で出されたご飯は、無農薬のミルキークイーン。 ただ、１番近いコンビニが車で5分と少し不便に感じましたが、必要な物をしっかり準備して行けば問題ないと思います。 施設は清潔感があり、スタッフの方もとても親切かつ丁寧で温かみのある宿でした。
