The front desk guy was very awesome. The room was clean. The TV had issues but as the night progressed it got better missed part of Super Bowl. The pool wasn’t opened but he gave me a pass to another hotel. Inconvenient but it worked. The main reason of the stay was the pool. He upgraded me to a suite due to the issues.

The hotel, staff, and room were great, however, the shower left a little to be desired. The bathroom was clean, so no problems there, but it took a very long time to get any hot water. I was close to calling the desk to report the problem when it slowly started warming up and eventually got hot. The shower head and control were loose and wonky, and water pressure was very weak. This issue likely wouldn't prevent me from staying here again, but a nice shower can really make a difference!

The gym was small but every piece of equipment worked. The breakfast was decent. Limited selection. Wish there was raisin bran cereal. Washer broke, but staff was super helpful to make sure our laundry was dried in a timely manner

The staff was nice checking in and the room was clean for the most part besides finding a cockroach in the bathroom really put me off… the bed was clean though and spacious for a king bed and the water pressure was absolutely horrible! Like taking a shower underneath a sprinkler but the soap that was provided in the shower smelled nice and seemed decent

We had a king suite booked and when we got to our room the a/c was not working, it was 79 degrees in the room. They didn’t have another suite to move us to so they put us in a regular room. We had planned to stay two nights but wound up leaving and going to a nicer hotel. Staff was very nice though.
