Thank you so much for choosing our hotel. As we live on an island away from the mainland and the electricity supply that comes by cable from the mainland is unreliable to state the least. We do get power interruptions at times.It is through these interruptions that the A/C circuit boards are randomly being damaged. We sincerely apologize for the discomfort you experienced and it is good to know that our team was able to address the concern directly. Thank you, once again, for taking the time to post a review.
