22時以降のお客とスタッッフとの言い争いが深夜１時過ぎまで続いた。駐車場が利用線内に止めているにも関わらず、隣の施設からクレームが来て、ホテルのスタッフが対応せず（間に入らず）ルールを守っているにも大変関わらず嫌な思いをした。隣の施設からの嫌がらせだと感じた。日常的に隣の施設との関係が悪いのだと想像する。 また外国人客のマナーの悪さ（深夜の声、乱暴な出入り）が目立つ。言葉の万台があるなら、事前に注意事項など説明はボードで指示すべきだと思う。解決出来ない問題ではなく、全く解決しようとしていない事が問題だと思う。

コストパフォーマンスの良いホテル。今回二度目の利用でしたが、今回はWiFiの繋がりが非常の悪い（ほとんど利用できず）のが残念でした。

快適です

安くて清潔です。ホテルの従業員も愛想がよく親切でした。HP上は館内着はあるような記載でしたが、それが無かったのと、バスアメニティが無かったので、総合評価を1つ下げました。

Worst capsule hotel, or even hostel, that I've ever stayed in. And I've been backpacking for almost 2 years. It was hilariously bad. Of note: the futon inside the capsule is so thin it's like sleeping on a towel. Secondly, they're are"lock out" periods, no showers after 9am, can't be inside the property between 10-4pm, which means one night stay is your best bet. Overall, the place is rubbish, but for $23/night it is priced right for Japan. Just don't have high hopes. It's hilariously bad.

Place just to sleep for one day

Super strict on the opening times. You HAVE to leave by 10 and it OPENS at 4. That means you can't leave your bag for multi-day stays. Also there is no place for luggage, but a paid locker.

Handled problem professionally

The booking was cancelled by the hostel due to water supply problem, but they had professionally arranged a substitute single private room in another hostel. I am satisfied with this arrangement.

キレイだった。 カプセルホテルが初めてだったからこれが普通なのかもしれないが、カプセル内にフックが1つでもあればいいなと思った。 それ以外は共用部もキレイだし、湖から近いし、良かったです。

Not too bad

Can buy a 2-day bus pass before going to the hostel. It is just several steps from bus stop to the hostel door. There is nearly no shop and restaurant nearby.
