Almost all toilets were broken, the bathroom was terrible, AC does not work very well making the room very hot but staff was very nice and area is very nice!

The staff here are very lovely. We came by ferry to the island and there was someone waiting at the pier to transport our luggage to our hotel. I didn’t even organise this, the hotel organised on our behalf. The hotel is beautiful and clean and right on the beach with a lot of restaurants around. Easy walk to the centre of the island. This stay was so great we extended it by one night.

Andaman was a nice resort on the edge of town. It was close enough to walk to town but far enough away for peace and quiet. The resort is a bit dated and the upper pool had cloudy water. The morning breakfast had a huge and delicious selection of options. Nice enough for a quick visit to Ko Phi Phi.

Safe did not work. Poor linens, one pillow, no outlet in bathroom, tour through company said 20 max. Had 35 on trip. Flimsy front door. Mattress was hard and tilted to one side. Shower water trickled out. Do not recommend for anyone to stay. Breakfast buffet was terrible. Eggs tasted bad, cofee was bitter.

Goede locatie, naast de moskee, hoorde elke keer het gebedstijd, vind ik geweldig. Zwembad is heerlijk. Ontbijt is niet bijzonder, maar prima te doen. Bed matras een beetje aan de harde kant. En veel gekraak in de kamer, leek net alsof het er spookte. Dit was ook bij de twee andere kamers die wij hadden geboekt. Leuke pluspunt zijn de twee katten die daar op terrein zijn. Vriendelijk katten die je aandacht geven in ruil voor wat kattenvoer.

The Hippie Bar and rooftop pool were awesome, but we were disappointed with our room. The sheets smelled sweaty, and there were two huge dead cockroaches in the room when we arrived. We didn't have hot water or wifi in the room. Both were supposed to get fixed, but it ended up not being possible. They did offer to move us, but it would be to a smaller room, and we decided it wasn't worth the trouble. The breakfast was limited- I ended up just getting the fruit and then finding breakfast elsewhere. It was really cheap, but there are much nicer and cleaner accommodations nearby for the same price. But again, we LOVED Hippie Bar and the staff there. When we extended our stay on Phi Phi for three more days, we moved to a different hotel.

Alles o.k. Man wird von der Bootsstation abgeholt ins Hotel gebracht, Anlage sehr zentral und trotzdem sehr ruhig. Management sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Markel wegen C19 kein. Frühstücksbufet was auch klar ist, aber etwas wenig und für Käse Aufpreis 30 Bath ca. 1 Euro. Erste Linie Strand und 2 Pools einen im EG und einen am Rooftop. Abendessen im Restaurant am Strand preislich Top, Klima, TV, Tresor, Föhn, im Zimmer, sehr gutes Gratis WLAN kann empfohlen werden. Haben um 1 Woche verlängert.

Innovative and spacious
Considering the circumstances of Covid19 not all facilities were in use but the hotel staff was extremely helpful in any cases you needed help. For example, we had an accident while snorkling and one foot got a deep cut on a reef and it had to be treated at hospital with several stitches. Every day for 5 days we got free ride from the hotel to the clinic (about 1,5 km) for changing the bandage. THANK YOU! The breakfast was average but the pool area was innovative and very spacious, mostly because of lack of tourists. But a some parts of the constructions were not completed yet.

Bel emplacement avec piscine au calme

The hotel told me when I checked in that they would transport my bags to the ferry. I asked them at 1:30 checkout day if they would do this they said at 2:30 pm my bags will be taken to the ferry I called at 245 to see where they where they said on the way I called at 255 to see again on the way I was told ran back and got there at 310 to see my bags sitting and no one was gonna get them I had to haul them but missed my ferry

Bästa läget på Phi phi.. bort från myllret i centrum men ändå nära. Bra frukost ..rostbröd, omelett, varm thaimat, flingor, frukt, juice mm. Underbar pool på taket.. ren och med varmt vatten. Bodde i hotelldelen med balkong mot moskén och stördes inte alls av böneutrop mitt i natten som många tidigare skrivit. Trevligt bemötande i receptionen med juice och iskall handduk att kyla sig med efter promenaden från kajen.

Um lugar para não ir, jamais.
Recepcionista grosseiro (a?). Quando fomos avisar de um vazamento no banheiro, nos ignorou. Atendeu o telefone e ficou discutindo com o interlocutor aos gritos. Aguardamos um bom tempo, mas depois desistimos. Ele (ou ela) nos dispensou com gestos manuais. O quarto cheirava a mofo. Um saquinho com samphoo caiu atrás de um móvel, dentro do armário. Ao puxá-lo, fiquei abismada enojada com a poeira e a sujeira acumuladas. Colchões velhos, com as molas frouxas, afundava no meio. Travesseiros muito altos e duros. Fiquei com dor de cabeça. Pedi ao (a) mesmo (a) recepcionista para trocar. Ele (a) disse que não tinha, antes mesmo de eu terminar de falar. Quem atendeu meu pedido na hora foi o camareiro, que também providenciou um rapaz para amenizar o vazamento. O ar condicionado é velho e barulhento. Para dormir, optamos por abrir a janela. Era melhor suportar o calor. O café da manhã é sofrível, com poucas opções. Enfim, um desastre total. Não se parece, nem de longe, com um resort.

Breakfast should be improved.
This hotel is 10 minutes away from the pier. But I was not inconvenienced. I have been to Phi Phi Island many times, so I know the balance between hotel price and room quality. This hotel is quiet and the rooms are normal and there is no problem. The weakness of this hotel is the breakfast. This restaurant has few meals and is not good at cooking.

プールが２つあり楽しかった。接客が丁寧だった。水道水が他のホテルと比べてキレイだった。朝食会場が海辺でよかった。レストランのファイアーダンスは凄かった。部屋のシャワーは冷ためだった。連泊したがバスタオルは1枚の支給だった。

One of the worst hotels I have ever visited. Poorly kept,, the advertised "beach" is only a water-taxi parking lot, noisy and smelly. Not a beach to relax on. Adjacent the hotel is a mosque, blasting it's speakers from 5 AM. A/C cracks every minute, denying sleep. Pool shown is 20 cm deep. The pool on the roof has view to the

Vous pouvez trouver beaucoup mieux pour le prix! Pas de service de ménage bungalow minuscule pour 3 car rajout d’un lit d’appoint, piscine en rénovation. Petit déjeuner plus que sommaire personnel pas toujours serviable bref fortement déçus par cet hebergement

Fint hotell, sköna sängar, bra service, frukost ok..det enda negativa var att stranden nedanför inte var bra, fick gå ca 10 min

Loved the location! It was next to the beach and a few minutes walking distance to all the chaos. There is also a market just outside the hotel thats open 24/7 which is perfect for people like me who get hungry in the middle of the night. Also loved the ladies in the lobby! They were all very sweet and kind and helped out with everything possible. Our highlight was the hotels 3 baby rabbits! The bathroom needs a renovation, but was very clean. The mosc nextdoor didnt disturb us at all. If I ever go back to phi phi, i would definitly stay here again!

Malheureusement en réservant personne à indiqué que la Piscine était fermer pour travaux , ayant déjà séjourné l’an passé j’avais tellement bien aimer j’ai voulu y retournée mais le service a beaucoups changer !!! Par contre je tiens à tirer mon chapeau au taxi bagage qui parcoure la moitié de l’île à pied sous un soleil de plombs avec les bagages merci encore !!

Inget att rekommendera idag...
Hotellet var helt enkelt inte klart. Rummet saknade möbler och dörrarna var svåra att låsa. Skulle inte välja hotellet på nytt.Frukost ganska bra. Inga sänglampor, inga stolar.

We stayed here for a few days great location can’t go wrong with finding great food .annas was our favourite .this is the quite side and the party side is only a few mins walk from the port.its a great stop over place.

Não vale o valor cobrado
O hotel é bom, mas não é um resort. E o valor cobrado é bem alto perto do serviço disponível. A piscina estava passando por uma grande reforma o que causava uma má impressão além do barulho a partir das 8am. O café da manhã é bem fraco e os funcionários do restaurante não muito receptivos. O quarto é amplo e limpo porém por ser bem antigo, tem uma aparência feia poderiam se atentar aos detalhes para melhorar a aparência dos dormitórios e banheiros. As toalhas eram bem velhas, poderiam ser substituídas.Fiquei em outros hoteis na Tailandia pelo mesmo valor de diária e os quartos/café da manhã/área comum e etc foram incomparávelmente mais aconchegantes.
