The staff at the reception were excellent as was the local taxi service. Breakfast was good but not as great as at some other resorts. Price of rooms was reasonable but not exceptional for the quality. Overall a good but not great experience.

Away from all the hustle and bustle… beautiful staff amazing beach view wish I stayed longer. I know I’ll definitely return here next trip to Thailand.

The staff were very friendly, location was great, room was clean, comfortable and very close to the beach. It wasn’t as family friendly as I would expect, it was extremely loud until gone 2am each night, with the hotel seemingly doing nothing to prevent it. The pool was also closed for maintenance, which is just unlucky timing I guess.

Villa Cha Cha - March 2025

If on a bike, be very careful on the access roads. Concrete is corroded and very steep hills. Very friendly staff and they will move your bike in and out. The road parking down to the pool is is corroded to soil now, so will carry dirt into the room. We were on the top floor and there were reptiles on the roof keeping us awake. We also saw a big legavaan just out on the access road and it ran off into the bush. There are also sea urchins and sea cucumbers in the sea and lots of them. We wore wet shoes whenever swimming. Food in general is double the price of cheaper places so we ate elsewhere. The room was spacious and nice king size bed and they clean it every day if you put the sign on the door. Very nice in general.

The beach area was beautiful it was clean the easy to reach from the hotel , there were other restaurants based along the beach so dining experience was wonderful to be beside the sea which is has not tidal . The area was quiet but this made it more special. The staff were most helpful and assisted in arranging a collection and drop off to the local ferry port. We could pay using card transfer and this assisted as there are many places which do not allow the same service and only want cash . We would very much like to return again in the future .

Decent hotel with nice location to the beach.

It’s was okay , first we had to wait 2 hours before the room was ready and that’s fine due to the check in time but when we got the room it’s was not with sea view that we booked and we requested that we got the right room which we got but we had to wait additional 2 hours to the room to get ready. Which was not so fun because it’s was afternoon and the room just sat empty. Then we realize the red thread …. The cleaning process that wasn’t not good enough. When we got the room It was dirty and had food leftovers in the room when we got it. We stayed 4 nights , poor cleaning each time and missing towels every time and late cleaning everyday aswell. We could be gone whole morning and day to come back to the hotel afternoon and still no cleaning. (I think they started to clean room ca 16-17) One time we got to the room late afternoon and saw they just started cleaning the room , so we just sat down and waited. The beach was okay the water wasn’t that good, lots of stones and you had to got far out in the water through rocks , I recommend you get good shoes for the water otherwise you just had to dip yourself very near the beach. The hotel and location have so much potential , petty that they don’t take that final move.

Les hôtesses d'accueil étaient vraiment adorables, la chambre très propre et située juste devant la piscine et à quelques pas de la plage. Beaucoup d'enfants dans l'hôtel, prévoir des boules quies et tout se passe bien. Etendoire sur la terrasse avec petite table et banc, parfait pour la lecture! Service de pressing et de taxi sur simple demande par WhatsApp. Très bon petit déjeuner au restaurant de l'hôtel. La plage est magnifique et cernée par la végétation, d'autres restaurants disponibles le long de la plage. Je recommande cet hôtel pour les familles.

Ein Paradies... wir haben uns sehe wohlgefühlt. Die Lage ist super, so nah an Strand und Meer einfach paradiesisch. In der Bucht gibt es verschieden Restaurants und alles über den strand erreichbar. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Wir können es nur empfehlen.

The staff were very friendly and helpful to the extent they were able. The ones attending the beach bar barely spoke a word of English, but upon insistence summoned someone who did, so I could ask for allergy information for the meals offered. The pool is nice, as is the beach. The resort is located a bit away from the main road, which is important if you, like me, are sensitive to noise. The food is somewhat pricey compared to local restaurants. Try the restaurant at France Plongée, which is just a short walk away. Unlike some other hotels, there are no mosquito tents in the rooms, which I think should be mandatory in the tropics. I still give a three star review, mainly because I think the place is a little pricey compared to the standard it offers.

pas à la hauteur de sa notation...

hôtel situé sur une belle plage, mais qui nécessite d'être rénové. nous avons eu une inondation de notre chambre vue mer située au deuxième étage suite à une après-midi de pluie. le directeur n'a pas été très réactif, heureusement que la jeune femme a l'accueil était gentille et compréhensive. le petit-déjeuner est moyen, et le service du restaurant est très mal organisé. le prix des chambres est trop élevé compte tenu du service.

Perfect place for families

Perfect place for families with children. Easy access to pool and ocean. Kayaking in the late afternoon (when the tide was higher) was a highlight for us. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Room was spacious and clean, beds were very comfortable!
