"We stayed in a huge room with 3 queen beds for me and husband, our 3 kids ages 6-12, and an 18 month old. It was plenty big for everyone plus a pack-n-play for the baby. We got some takeout and brought it to our room for dinner after a long day making our way there. I was slightly worried at first because the pictures kind of made it seem a bit dated, but everything was extremely clean and new, no odd smells or anything. An absolutely lovely place with really interesting nautical decor that my kids absolutely loved. It's very conveniently located, really close to beaches and restaurants, as well as literally right next door to the fun aquarium. (If you stay here, take a drive down the Howland Hill Road through a bunch of amazing redwood groves.)"
"Great stay at the Bay View. Easy check in. (They were able to get us in early! Thank you!) Nothing fancy, but it was clean, quiet and well worth the price. Plenty of parking."
"This was a great place to stay. We liked the spacious room which was very clean. The decor is a little dated, but did not affect the quality of this place. The beds were very comfortable with nice sheets and pillows. The long vanity with sink was great for getting ready and the bathroom and shower were great. We stayed on the second floor and it was surprisingly quiet. We could hear people in the morning, but the night was calm. They provide a good place to get breakfast with seating. I liked the hot chocolate, juice, bagels, cereal, toast options. We stayed here to be close to our family who were camping in Del Norte campground. It was only a 20 min car ride to get to them. I would stay here again."
"By far one of the better motel experiences I've had. Stayed in a Motel 6 the night before and could clearly tell a difference: room felt cleaner, was larger, and the shower didn't have stains. Lots of parking available too. I also appreciated the light breakfast offered with fruit, cereals, juices, milk, coffee, granola bars, and toast. The only minor issue I had was a slight odor, which smelled like wet dog. It could have entirely been because of the neighbors, but not a huge deal. The rest of the experience made up for this."
