The hotel is pretty run down. The room itself was neutral. The vacuuming could have been better, lots of lint in the corners. The linens were very clean and white. There looked to be water damage near the a/c. It was quiet. Absolutely didn't feel worth $200/night.

We arrived in the room to find stains on the carpet, a disgusting smell in the air, filthy vents and Just an overall lack of care to the room. We didn’t stay and asked for a full refund. We will never go back.

Was in town for wedding and selected this hotel because it was close to the wedding venue. Reserved two rooms for my family. Window in one of the rooms would not close and lock. Hot water was warm at best. Outside grounds were not maintained. Room itself was clean. The beds were new and comfortable to sleep on. Several diners in town to get breakfast.

The hotel was dirty and smelly. I dont think the bedding had been changed from the previous guest. We asked for clean towels and never received them. The hotel smelled and was just overall unclean.

Needs work

The place needs a lot of maintenance. For the price paid, having no breakfast, poor coffee service, and a closed down resturaunt is not acceptable. Staff was abrupt at check-in. Also did not care that there was no milk or sugar products for coffee.

This property should not even continue to be called a « hôtel ». It’s a dump… And it’s clearly not up to the standards Expedia should have with it’s costumers. I rented 3 rooms and everyone was VERY disappointed…

The place was dirty, there were cobwebs, You had to wait 15 minutes before you could take a hot shower and hope that the toilet worked. The garbage had piled up outside, there was nowhere to even get a lousy cup of coffee, the staff was OK but they didn’t exactly out do themselves. The place is just very rundown. Not somewhere I would stay again.

There is no quality standards followed by this hotel. There are cleanliness, and or maintenance issues in every room I am put in. The high prices wouldn’t be so bad if you were paying for quality accommodations, but these are not.

Area feels like a dying wasteland. Room had a nasty musty odor till we blasted the ac. Ice machines were broken/shut down. Welcome book in the room still talks about breakfast available at restaurant next door (and has a full 2 page print out of their dinner menu) even though said restaurant obviously has been closed for a VERY long time.

Rooms are old and musty. Front desk employee is rude and unprofessional. Having your room cleaned is like pulling teeth even when they tell you it will be cleaned, it won’t.

Not able to take a shower and shave. I work for the military and don’t have time for this kind of crap. Don’t rent rooms that don’t have got water! $170 to sleep 4.5 hours with no bathing. GOV employees and military stay away from this place!!
