Beautiful property and surrounding gardens. Clean, well decorated suite. Shower wasn’t the greatest and if I was being picky, there’s a lack of storage and hangers for clothes. Wish we could have stayed longer though as it really was a wonderful place to relax.

We liked the location size of our suite and character of the area.

What an amazing find, it was in our DK book on Canada and I always like to stay in various hotels etc to break the monotony of boring square rooms....we certainly succeeded with The Secret Garden Inn. I had booked the Retreat Room...not realising the bathroom was actually private but separate , Kathy assumed this was a mistake and moved is to The Turret Room, which was lovely....plenty of sitting room, nice bathroom and everything pristine! Breakfast was excellent too!

This is a really nice property, it looks brand new, just a couple of miles off the 401 so you get no highway noise, also just a couple of miles out of Kingston , perfect positioning. Easy parking and lots of it , breakfast was better than we had expected from other similar properties

Very friendly and helpful receptionist. Made us feel very welcome.

Had a great stay at Pangea House - Geoff and Jody were so welcoming, breakfast was delicious and the bed was super comfy! Short walk into the town centre where there were quite a few places to eat. Our only regret was that we couldn't stay longer!

Super friendly welcome, and a really clean motel. I highly recommend this accommodation and I stay here every time I visit Napanee.

Ideal for visiting Gananoque and the 1000 island cruises. Lovely small town with good local eateries. Last minute diversion so really pleasantly surprised by town and this lovely B&B

Hotel was conveniently placed to walk to bars and restaurants

Welcoming personal reception, ambience of an older historic house, lovely individual character room, extremely convenient for town and boat trips.

Great pool for kids. Good location. Bear good shops.

The breakfast was particularly good

Our room was beautiful, (the William Suite), we were only staying one night but everything was spot on. Easy to find parking on the street opposite and a wonderful tasty breakfast delivered in the morning. Ate our evening meal at the adjoining pub and again, everything spot on, very busy which is always a good sign. Just minutes by foot to get onto the 1000 Islands Cruise. Would not hesitate to recommend this accommodation.

It's an attractive and convenient hotel with the benefit of easy access from the main road into Kingston and parking outside your room. There was also easy access to restaurants and cafes. Despite the nearby main road it was quiet and felt almost secluded. The room was spacious with very comfortable beds and a full range of amenities. We only had to contact the staff two or three times and on each occasion they couldn't have been more helpful, We were worried about the hotel's pet friendly...
